How to transfer your points

How to transfer your points

To transfer your points, simply follow these instructions:

  • Login to your Card Account by entering your User ID and Password.
  • Select the ‘Redeem points for travel’ option under the Rewards menu at the top of the screen.
  • Select your travel options and click ‘Redeem’. You can now view your points total, and elect the program partner (please note that minimum transfer amounts apply). Then click on ‘Transfer my points’.
  • If this is your first transfer, you will enter your partner details, otherwise we will use your Account on file. Select the number of points to transfer and enter the security information from your Card to process the transfer.
  • Transfers can take between one to five working days for your Membership Rewards points to reach your partner account.
