If You suffer a Permanent Loss, Quadriplegia or Paraplegia as a result of an Accident , you will be covered for up to the maximum amount shown on Your Policy, current at the time of the Accident.

To be eligible for AMEX Accident Recovery you must be an Australian resident, aged between 18 and 85 years.

If You break a bone(s) as a result of an Accident, Chubb will pay You the relevant Broken Bones Benefit up to the maximum amount shown on Your Policy current at the time of the accident causing the Accidental Injury.

blue_tickSerious Accident

You could receive a lump sum payment of up to $50,000 if you were to suffer a permanent loss, quadriplegia or paraplegia as a result results of an accidental injury.

blue_tickDislocation

If You suffer a Dislocation as a result of an Accident, Chubb will pay You the relevant Dislocation Benefit up to the maximum amount shown on Your Policy current at the time of the accident causing the Accidental Injury.

If you are confined to bed for more than 48 hours due to an Accident, Chubb will reimburse you for any Domestic Duties assistance you have paid for up to a maximum of $800 per week, depending on the level of cover you choose.

Accident Cash Plan has been designed to provide your family with financial protection and support if you were to suffer a serious accident resulting in your accidental loss of life.

 If you were to lose your life as a result of an Accidental Injury, your estate could receive a lump sum payment ($100,000 - $500,000 depending on your level of cover) to help support your beneficiaries at this difficult time.

You could receive a lump sum payment of $100,000 if you were to suffer a permanent loss, quadriplegia or paraplegia as a result of an accidental injury.

What to do in the event of a claim

Advise all claims to Chubb within 30 days of a claim event or as soon as reasonably practicable via the Chubb online claims website. You must submit all supporting documentation, e.g. medical reports, police reports, declarations, receipts, valuations or other such evidence Chubb may request to assist Chubb in the prompt resolution of your claim.
