Changes to Reward earn rates on our Cards came into effect from 15 April 2019.

Changes to Reward redemption rates came into effect on 15 April 2019. This means you will need more points to redeem travel, hotels, experiences, goods and gift cards at eligible partners.

Your points balance remained the same, however the points required to redeem has increased from 15 April 2019. This means you will need more points to redeem some redemption categories.

You can locate the name of your Rewards program by logging into your account or the Amex App.

Online account: Click on ‘View points earned’ and you’ll see the name of your Rewards program displayed at the top of the page.

Amex App: Your Rewards program name is displayed next to your points balance.
