The Primary Card Member cannot add an Additional Card under their own name or email address and cannot add an Additional card under the name or email address of a previously approved Additional Card application on the Account.

2. Submit a claim form with the following documents:

Q: Am I eligible to make a claim?
A: To be eligible, your Smartphone must be paid for outright in a single transaction using your American Express Essential Credit Card; or your Smartphone must be paid for on a monthly contract using your American Express Essential Credit Card. Q: How often can I make a claim?
A: Reimbursement is restricted to two (2) eligible claims in a twelve (12) month period.

You can order a replacement Card quickly and easily online. It will then be sent to the address that we have on file.
Follow this step-by-step process to apply for a Card replacement online.

3. Complete the Card Membership verification
4. Review your Online Card Replacement request and click to submit
To complete another Online Card Replacement request, simply tap ‘Back to Account Management’ and select ‘Order a replacement Card’ in the text box below the status.
Note: For your security, the same Card cannot be replaced again for 30 days.

Plan It™ Instalments offers you a flexible way to pay off your Credit Card balance in equal monthly instalments, with 0% p.a. interest and a fixed monthly fee*. It’s already on your Card, so you can keep buying wherever you normally shop and pay later in instalments.
- You can create an Instalment Plan as long as your account is in good standing. We may limit the amount that can be transferred to an Instalment Plan.
- Each Instalment Plan will begin from the date it is successfully created, as communicated to you in your Online Account.
- Payment of your first Monthly Instalment will be due in your next payment cycle.
- You will be charged a Monthly Plan Fee for each Instalment Plan created.
- This fee will be charged each month your Instalment Plan is active and will be notified to you before you create the Instalment Plan.
