Can I dispute a transaction that appears in my recent activity?


Yes. To do this conveniently online:

  • From your statement select the transaction
  • Select "Have a question about this charge?"
  • Choose the type of inquiry you have and answer a few questions
  • You will be able to find more information about the charge and, if necessary, open the billing inquiry. It takes a couple of minutes and helpful information is provided along the way to make the steps as easy as possible. You will be advised if we need you to provide supporting documentation.
