How many points did I earn for my pending transaction?


Points are only earned when the transaction is billed/posted to your account. Once the charge appears in Recent Transactions you will be able to view the number of points earned in the Membership Rewards section of your online account. Billed Charge does not need to be paid first for points to be earned.

If you have a Cobrand Qantas or Velocity account or direct earn Membership Rewards Tier, e.g. Qantas Direct, you'll be able to see the Total points earned to date that has already been transferred to your Frequent Flyer account on the cut-off date. You can also view the details of the points you earned from your purchases.
