What is an online (or Paperless) statement?

Go Paperless and you can view your statements online, instead of receiving a paper statement through the post. We will send you an email reminder as soon as your statement is ready to view online. This online statement is an exact replica of your paper statement and is valid for taxation purposes.

Please note that online statements cannot be paid at Australia Post as it does not have the required barcode that is only present in the originally printed paper statements.
