I don’t recognise this pending charge, what should I do?


Please be aware that some charges will come through under an alternative trading name for a company (e.g. a restaurant attached to a hotel). Some charges will refer to a location that is the company’s central billing office and not the actual location at the time your Card was used (e.g. “G M Cabs Mascot” but your cab was in Parramatta). In all instances, you should always check the amount of the transaction and see if this matches any of your receipts. If you still don’t recognise the merchant name, please wait until the transaction appears on a billing statement. At this point you can contact us on the phone number on the back of your Card to dispute the charge.

In addition, if you are concerned about multiple charges, high transaction amounts, or suspicious transactions, please contact us immediately to help determine the nature of the charges and prevent any fraudulent activity.
