  • Offer valid at participating properties of the Hilton portfolio of hotels and resorts, with no more than one credit per Hilton property, at up to a maximum of ten properties. 
  • Offer is limited to a maximum of ten credits per Card to which the offer is saved, and limited to one credit per Card for pre-paid online bookings.
  • Participating properties are located in Australia, Mainland China (Beijing, Guangzhou, Sanya, Shanghai, Shenzhen), Hong Kong, India, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and United States (Hawaii).
  • Payments must be made on the Card to which the offer is saved to be eligible.
  • Payment must be made directly with Hilton via a “Book direct” Hilton channel prior to 31/01/2019 to be eligible for the offer. "Book direct" Hilton channel refers to any of the following:

  • Payments made via third parties, including but not limited to travel agents, online aggregators or payment processors are ineligible.
  • Incidental spend is eligible if charged to your room during your stay and paid at the hotel front desk upon check-out (e.g. spend at hotel restaurants).
  • Payments for stays at non-Australian locations are charged in the property’s local currency and will be converted to Australian Dollars based on the rate of exchange at the time your Card is charged. You must meet the Offer spend requirement of AU$400 after currency conversion to be eligible for the offer.
  • Excludes gift cards purchased online.
  • CommBank American Express Cards: If you hold a CommBank American Express Card, and you register for an offer with American Express Connect, you’ll need to make a qualifying purchase with your Card before 31/10/2018 to receive the credit to your Card account.   • Credit is not redeemable for cash or other payment form.
  • Credit should appear on your billing statement within 5 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 90 days from the offer end date.
  • Credit will not be applied to your Card account if your Card has been suspended or cancelled.
  • Credit may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled.
