If none of the possibilities in Stage 1 applied to your enquiry, you should contact us as soon as possible.If you are aware of any unauthorised or fraudulent transaction you must call and tell us as soon as you discover the transaction.
There are two ways you can contact us with regards to a credit refund not appearing on your statement:
Simply call us – enter your Card number then follow the prompts in our automated voice system. To locate the number go to Contact Us
OR
Complete the Dispute Form online, then print, sign and simply fax or mail to the contact details on the form (please remember to attach all records requested with the form).
We will then take over the investigation for you, which means in the majority of cases we will:
 
If you hold a Charge Card – raise a credit to your account so that you don't have to pay for a disputed charge for the duration of the investigation,
      OR
 
If you hold a Credit Card – suspend the charge so that you don’t have to pay for a disputed charge for the duration of the investigation
 
Your credit limit will remain the same‚ so you can continue using your card as normal.
 
We will contact the company in question immediately on your behalf for proof of the transaction.
Note: If the charge is found to be valid a Record of Charge retrieval fee may apply.
