Shangri-La's Golden Circle Jade Membership
Effective April 1, 2021, Shangri-La’s Golden Circle Jade Membership will no longer be a benefit on the Platinum Card®. Cardmembers who are enrolled in Shangri-La’s Golden Circle Jade Membership as of March 31, 2021 will continue to have access to this benefit until the expiry date set out within their Golden Circle Jade Membership, which can be found by logging in to their membership account on Shangri- La’s website. Alternatively, Cardmembers can contact Shangri-La by telephone at 1-866-344-5050 or visit the Shangri-La app to confirm their membership expiry date. For bookings at Shangri-La, stays must be completed before the membership expiry date to receive the benefit. Cardmembers can visit americanexpress.ca/benefitstatus or call 1-866-257-0878 to enrol in the benefit by March 31, 2021. Please visit Shangri-La’s website for benefit details.
As a Platinum Cardmember, you are eligible to enroll in Jade membership of Shangri-La’s Golden Circle1 without the usual prerequisite of 20 qualifying nights or 10 qualifying stays in one calendar year.
