                                            • 5. Purchase must be charged in full to an American Express Card. Subject to availability and to event and ticketing agent terms, conditions, and fees. Not all seats are available. All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.
                                            • 6. Companies receive Cash Back on the purchase of eligible Air Canada flights charged to the American Express AeroplanPlus Corporate Card, as per the following rules:
                                            • (a) Companies must spend a minimum of $20,000 on flight bookings for travel on Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or on carriers operating under the Air Canada Express banner, regardless of fare option or booking class. Flight bookings with Air Canada’s codeshare or interline partners are not included in the calculation of the amount spent on flight bookings.
                                            • (b) The amount spent on a flight booking is equivalent to the base fare, exclusive of all taxes, surcharges and any additional fees (such as travel option charges), and is calculated once the flight has been completed.
                                            • (c) Flight Pass purchases can also be included in the calculation of the amount spent on flights bookings. The calculation will be based on the amount of the Flight Pass purchase charged on the American Express AeroplanPlus Corporate Card (minus any Flight Pass credits and returns).
                                            • (d) Companies with Air Canada contracted and/or negotiated fare rates are not eligible for this Cash Back offer.
                                            • 7. Account must be in good standing. Aeroplan Miles will be earned on the amount of all purchases less credits and returns. Finance charges, annual fees, other fees and charges for travellers cheques and foreign currencies are not purchases and do not qualify for Aeroplan Miles.
                                            • 8. American Express AeroplanPlus Corporate Platinum Cardmembers may access Priority check-in, applicable at airports where Air Canada Priority check-in is available, upon presentation of their American Express AeroplanPlus Corporate Platinum Card and a confirmed, same-day departing ticket on a flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge®** or under the Air Canada Express®** banner. Also applicable for confirmed, same-day travel using Aeroplan Flight Rewards on a flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or under the Air Canada Express banner. Flights operated by other airlines are not eligible.
                                            • 9. Subject to space availability. American Express AeroplanPlus Corporate Platinum Cardmembers may access the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge, where available, upon presentation of their American Express AeroplanPlus Corporate Platinum Card and a confirmed, same-day departing ticket on a flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or under the Air Canada Express banner. Also applicable on same-day departing Air Canada codeshare or select Air Canada partner airline flights. Not valid in conjunction with an airline employee travel ticket or an airline partner pass travel ticket. For a nominal entry fee, Cardmember is permitted paid guests in the lounge, pending space availability. Access is subject to Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge terms and conditions and may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances.
                                            • 10. Express Cash: After company registers for this service, Cardmembers must then enrol individually with American Express. In addition, proof of identity to comply with government requirements may be required. Cardmembers will be informed via mail when they have been enrolled and will be supplied with a PIN.
                                            • 11. Travel Emergency Assistance: All the services associated with the Travel Emergency Assistance are provided worldwide with the exception of some countries (it is best to check with Customer Service). In addition, services may be limited or prevented by acts of God, war, civil commotion, labour disputes, unavailability of goods or services, or refusal of permission by local authorities.
                                            • 12. Plaza Premium Lounges - Corporate Platinum Cardmembers have complimentary access to Plaza Premium Lounges. Corporate Platinum Cardmember’s spouse and 2 children under the age of 21, or one travel companion, may enter as complimentary guests. Fees apply for additional guests. Guest must accompany the Corporate Platinum Cardmember. To access a lounge, Corporate Platinum Cardmember and eligible guest(s) must show a valid, unexpired eligible Corporate Platinum Card, confirmed boarding pass for same-day travel and government-issued photo identification in the name of the Corporate Platinum Cardmember/guest(s). International Plaza Premium Lounges, maximum of 2-hour stay. House rules, terms and conditions apply. Lounge access is subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, lounge access cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or benefit and is subject to change or cancellation at any time. Lounge locations may change from time to time.
                                            • 13. Priority PassTM - These Terms and Conditions govern Corporate Platinum Card participation in and use of the Priority Pass program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. At any visit to a Priority Pass lounge that admits guests, you may bring in one (1) guest for no charge. Corporate Platinum Cardmembers will be charged for any additional guests. Additional accompanying guests are subject to a usage fee at the prevailing rate, which is subject to change without prior notice. Some lounges do not admit guests. To enrol, Corporate Platinum Cardmembers must complete the Priority Pass application form provided in their Corporate Platinum Card welcome package or mailed separately to them upon request. By enroling in Priority Pass, you agree that you will be responsible for any additional accompanying guest visits and that your Corporate Platinum Card will be automatically charged after you have signed for the additional guest visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass program. Once enroled, Corporate Platinum Cardmembers whose Card account is not cancelled may access participating Priority Pass lounges by presenting their Priority Pass card and airline boarding pass. In some lounges, Priority Pass member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass members must adhere to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package, and can be viewed at www.prioritypass.com. Upon receipt of your enrolment information, Priority Pass will send your Priority Pass card and membership package which you should receive within10-14 business days. If you have not received the Priority Pass card after 14 business days, please contact Corporate Cardmember Services using the number on the back of your Corporate Platinum Card. Please note, Corporate Gold and Corporate Green Cards are not eligible for membership.
                                            • 14. Delta Sky Club®- The Corporate Platinum Cardmember must present his or her valid Corporate Platinum Card, government-issued I.D., and same-day corresponding Delta airline ticket to the club ambassador. Access to Delta Sky Club partner lounges is not permitted. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to access Delta Sky Club, and 21 years of age to access locations with a self-service bar, unless accompanied by a responsible, supervising adult who has access to the lounge. Cardmembers must adhere to all House Rules of participating clubs. Participating airport clubs and locations subject to change without notice. Additional guest access and fees subject to terms and conditions of participating airport clubs. Guests must also provide the club ambassador with a same-day corresponding Delta airline ticket before entering the lounge. For the most current Delta Sky Club access and pricing policy, please visit www.Delta.com/skyclub. All Delta Sky Club rules apply to Delta Sky Club membership and use.                                             • 15. The Centurion® Lounge – Corporate Platinum Cardmembers have unlimited complimentary access to all locations of The Centurion Lounge. Corporate Gold and Corporate Green Cards are not eligible for complimentary access. Cardmembers may bring up to two (2) companions into The Centurion Lounge. To access The Centurion Lounge, the Corporate Platinum Cardmember must present The Centurion Lounge agent with the following upon each visit: his or her valid Corporate Platinum Card, a boarding pass showing a confirmed reservation for same-day travel on any carrier and a government-issued I.D. Failure to present this documentation may result in access being denied. Corporate Platinum Cardmembers will not be compensated for changes in locations, rates or policies. The Corporate Platinum Cardmember must be at least 18 years of age to enter without a parent or legal guardian. For locations with a self-service bar, the Corporate Platinum Cardmember must be of legal drinking age in the location’s jurisdiction to enter without a parent or legal guardian. Must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. American Express reserves the right to remove any person from the Lounge for inappropriate behavior or failure to adhere to rules, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent. Access is subject to space availability. Hours may vary by location and are subject to change. Amenities vary among The Centurion Lounge locations and are subject to change. Services and amenities in the Lounge are complimentary, however you are responsible for any purchases and/or servicing charges you authorize our Member Services Professionals to perform on your behalf. Some American Express Cards are not eligible for all services provided by Member Services Desk. Use of The Centurion Lounge is subject to all rules and conditions set by American Express. American Express reserves the right to revise the rules at any time without notice.
                                            • 16. International Airline Program:
                                              The International Airline Program (the “Program”) offers a discounted companion ticket, complimentary upgrade, special class fare or discounted fare on participating airlines to holders of an American Express Corporate Platinum Card as described in the American Express Welcome Brochure or are otherwise identified to you by American Express (“Eligible Cardmember”). In order to take advantage of the Program, the Eligible Cardmember’s account must be active (not cancelled).
                                              i. To receive a discounted companion ticket, the Eligible Cardmember must purchase an eligible ticket in an eligible class – first class, business class or premium economy on a participating airline for an eligible flight originating in and returning to a designated gateway and charge the purchase of such ticket to an Eligible Card. Only select airline(s) offer a discounted companion ticket. Limit of one discounted companion ticket per travelling Eligible Cardmember per booking. Eligible Cardmember must be one of the travellers.
                                              ii. To receive a complimentary upgrade to First Class or special discounted fare on participating airline(s), the Eligible Cardmember must purchase a full-fare non-restrictive ticket or an eligible ticket on an eligible flight and class of service originating in and returning to a designated gateway and charge the purchase of ticket to an Eligible Card. These three offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer at any time. Only select airline(s) offer upgrades or special discounted fares. Eligible Cardmember must be one of the travellers.
                                              iii. Other restrictions may apply.                                               iv. Eligible routes, class of service, code-share arrangements, designated gateways and similar matters relating to travel in the Program are determined by and will vary by airline.
                                              v. The Program is valid for travel purchases booked and/or completed within designated dates. Designated dates are subject to change without notice and are updated based on arrangements with participating airlines from time to time.
                                              vi. All bookings and purchases must be made through American Express Platinum Card Travel Services in Canada, except as we, Amex Canada Inc. otherwise permit in our sole discretion. A travel service fee per booking may apply.
                                              vii. The Program is subject to availability on the participating airlines' eligible flights. Participating airlines may have limited seat allocations and destinations in respect of the Program and may have other terms, conditions, exclusions, restrictions and fees. Eligible class(es) of service is determined by each participating airline.
                                              viii. Tickets issued for this Program cannot be transferred or endorsed. Full-fare ticket and associated discounted fare ticket(s), must be issued at the same time, for the same itinerary, with departure and return on the same flights and in the same class of service. All tickets are subject to all applicable government fees, taxes and charges including airport levies. Once issued, names cannot be changes. Passengers and companions under the Program must travel together.
                                              ix. Tickets must show a confirmed reservation for the entire trip and must be purchased in Canada using an Eligible Card prior to the start of travel. No split currency ticketing is permitted.
                                              x. Prepaid and miscellaneous charge orders ('MCOs') may not be permitted.
                                              xi. Electronic tickets are mandatory and will be issued whenever the itinerary is e-ticket eligible.
                                              xii. Re-routings, one-way, circle-trip and open-jaw itineraries may not be permitted.
                                              xiii. International Air Transport Association fare construction principles and rules apply. There are limitations on the number of transfers through the International hub(s) of the participating airline. Maximum numbers of transits allowed through International hub(s) may vary and are determined by the participating airlines. Sector and side trips may not be allowed. Certain code-share flights may not apply.
                                              xiv. Interlining is not permitted unless otherwise stated. Flights on participating airlines cannot be combined under the Program. Flights on non-participating airlines are not eligible for the Program and must be ticketed and priced separately. Canadian domestic fares to and from the designated departure gateways must be ticketed separately and are not included as part of the Program unless otherwise stated.
                                              xv. Discounted companion tickets have no refund value and may not accrue frequent flyer mileage. Once tickets are issued, changes, cancellations and refunds, as applicable, may be subject to a fee per ticket and will be at the Eligible Cardmember’s expense. Refunds after departure or “no shows” may not be allowed. Refunds are allowed on the full-fare ticket only, and must be accompanied by the unused companion ticket. Discounted companion tickets are not refundable and have no refund value, however,if applicable, taxes and fees may be fully refundable. Special class fare tickets and upgrade tickets will be refunded at the original ticket price subject to any applicable fees.
                                              xvi. This Program cannot be combined with any other promotion, travel agent discount, consolidator fares, travel industry and airline employee discounts, child, infant or senior citizen fare, frequent flyer award, group rate, corporate rate, MCOs, or any other promotional offer.
                                              xvii. Ticketing is based on fare rules of the participating airlines, and the corresponding fare class in which the ticket is booked.
                                              xviii. Amex Bank of Canada, Amex Canada Inc. or any of their affiliates reserves the right to cancel or change the Program in whole or in part or change the terms and conditions of the Program at any time, for any reason and without notice. Participating airlines are subject to change without notice. Under no circumstances will Amex Bank of Canada, Amex Canada Inc. or any of their affiliates be liable for any loss or damage howsoever incurred as a result of the termination of the Program, the termination of any participating airline or any change in the Program.
                                              xix. All recourse for any and all liability in connection with full-fare and/or companion tickets, special class fare tickets, discounted fare tickets and/or upgrade tickets issued under the Program, the refusal to issue or honour any such tickets, travel pursuant to any such tickets or the failure of any participating airline or other party to adhere to the terms of the Program is as against the relevant participating airline only. Under no circumstances will Amex Bank of Canada, Amex Canada Inc., or any of their affiliates be liable for any conduct, action or failure of any participating airline whatsoever, including, without limitation, for any expense, loss, injury (to person or property), damage, delay, flight cancellation, denied boarding, missed connection, accident or any other matter whatsoever, however suffered or caused, directly or indirectly in connection with tickets, transportation or other services provided or refused to be provided by any participating airline or other party. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amex Bank of Canada, Amex Canada Inc., or any of their affiliates will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Program (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, products liability or otherwise), including, without limitation, lost revenues, loss of profits or loss or interruption of business.
                                            • 17. FINE HOTELS & RESORTS: In order to receive the Fine Hotels & Resorts Program amenities and rates, reservations must be made through Personalized Travel Service from Amex Canada Inc. Payment must be made using the American Express Corporate Platinum Card in the Corporate Platinum Cardmember's name. Room upgrade at check-in is based on availability. Fine Hotels & Resorts program amenities and rates are not combinable with other programs. One special program amenity per room, per stay. Cardmembers may reserve up to two (2) additional rooms other than for his/her own use inclusive of the standard amenities and negotiated rate. The Cardmember must accompany the party as a guest for which Fine Hotels & Resorts program reservations are made. If the Cardmember cancels his/her reservation, the Fine Hotels & Resorts program rates and amenities will no longer apply to any remaining reservation(s). Certain terms and conditions apply.
                                            • 18. Enrolment into the Starwood Preferred Guest®*** (SPG) program is required to receive benefits of Gold Elite status, and enrolment may be terminated by SPG without prior notice. SPG benefits are subject to change and availability and may vary by property. American Express Terms and Conditions apply. Gold Elite status amenities may not be combined with the FINE HOTELS & RESORTS program. All SPG Terms and Conditions apply. American Express reserves the right to instruct SPG to cancel your Gold Elite status if you cease to be a Corporate Platinum Cardmember or your account is not in good standing. Third party bookings through Tour Operators or Online Travel Agencies, including Amex Travel Online, are not eligible for SPG benefits.
                                            • 19. Toronto Pearson Priority Lane: American Express Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers with a valid Corporate Platinum Card are entitled to access the Pearson Priority Lanes (“Priority Lane”) during peak airport operating hours. The Priority Lanes are serviced by the Greater Toronto Airport Authority. Priority Lanes are located at select departure areas at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport in Terminals 1 & 3. Access to Priority Lanes is available to eligible Cardmembers and companions travelling on the same itinerary upon the presentation of a valid, unexpired eligible Corporate Platinum Card. The name on the Corporate Platinum Card must match the name on the boarding pass. All passengers departing Pearson International Airport, including those accessing the Priority Lanes are required to comply with airport security and customs screening requirements. Priority Lane access is subject to change or cancellation at any time and additional terms and conditions apply.
                                            • 20. Spending Limits: American Express reserves the right to refuse to authorize any charge. Some Corporate Cards may carry specific usage guidelines and limits at the request of your company or at the discretion of American Express.
                                            • 21. Central Billing: The centrally billed option is only available to existing customers who are set up with this billing option.
                                            • 22. Float Advantage: 30+ days of float extension depends on billing cycle, date of purchase and date of payment.
                                            • 23. Subject to capacity. Admittance granted with an American Express Card. Beverages will be for purchase. Must be 19 years of age or older to have alcohol and must have a valid ID. Please drink responsibly.
                                            • 24. Travel Accident Insurance: Travel Accident Insurance is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Group of Canada. Up to $500,000 of Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance when you charge your common carrier ticket to Corporate Platinum Card.
                                            • 25. Car Rental Theft and Damage Insurance: Underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada. Coverage is in effect as long as you have fully charged your rental to your Corporate Platinum Card. There are specific conditions that apply to who may rent and drive the rental vehicle, the length of rental and the type of vehicle covered.
                                            • 26. Flight Delay Insurance: Underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada. Charge your airline ticket to your Corporate Platinum Card and receive up to $1,000 coverage (aggregate maximum with Baggage Delay Insurance) for hotel, motel, restaurant expenses and other sundry items.
                                            • 27. Baggage Delay Insurance: Underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada. Book a flight with your Corporate Platinum Card and receive up to $1,000 coverage (aggregate maximum with Flight Delay Insurance) for reasonable and necessary emergency purchases.
                                            • 28. Hotel/Motel Burglary Insurance: Underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada. Charge your Hotel/Motel arrangements to your Corporate Platinum Card and receive automatic coverage of up to $1,000 against the loss of most personal items if your hotel/ motel is burglarized.
                                            • 29. Lost or Stolen Baggage Insurance: Underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Company of Canada. When you fully charge your airline tickets to your Corporate Platinum Card you can receive up to $1,000 coverage for loss or damage to your luggage or personal effects while in transit.
