Your security is important.
Use the American Express® Card online or off, and you won't be held responsible for any fraudulent charges, as long as you've taken reasonable care to protect your account details, PIN, and any access credentials on any device on which you have added your account information.
For mobile wallets, to stay protected, you should not share your American Express User ID, device lock, or any other methods you may have to access your Card on your mobile device. If you share these access credentials with any other person, they may be able to use your Card through mobile payment methods and get access to your personal and payment information.
