- Online-Only Statements including disclosures and notices will be posted on our website as early as your next billing period and your paper statement will be turned off. You must register for and maintain an Online Services account. Documents will be available for at least two years and it is your responsibility to access and print or save. You must inform us of changes to email address and check your anti-spam settings. You may cancel enrolment at any time. We will send a confirmation email that contains a link to the Terms and Conditions. We will send an email notification when your statement is ready to view online. We will also email Payment Due Reminder Alerts. You can select timing between 6 to 10 days before your due date. We are not responsible for Alerts not received and account payments must still be made.
To cancel Account Alerts, log in to your Online Services account to manage your Account Alerts preferences.
