The Offers is limit maximum 6 persons/sales slip/table/visit.
The Offers cannot be used on public holidays, special events, special menus and festive seasons.
The Offers are available to Card members who hold any valid American Express Cards issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) excluding American Express Corporate Card and American Express Business Card.
The Offers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
The Offers are only available when payment for the relevant products or services is made with the American Express Cards held by the Eligible Card members.
Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.
Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
American Express and the participating merchants reserve the right to terminate or change the offer's Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from the offer, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.

In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Thai versions of the offer's Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
