    • The Offers are available to Card members who hold any valid American Express Cards issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) excludes American Express Corporate Card and American Express Business Card.
    • The Offers are not transferrable or redeemable for cash, or used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise stated.
    • The Offers are only available when payment for the relevant products or services is made with the American Express Cards held by the Eligible Card members.
    • Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.
    • Participating merchant is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
