Important Information
- Access will be periodically restricted due to space constraints in particular during the hours of 15:00 – 20:30 daily. During peak times, lounge access may be restricted based on capacity limits and lounge availability. The lounge appreciates your understanding as they work to accommodate all guests whilst adhering to airport and airline policies.
- This location is only accessible for passengers departing from Terminal 5 on international flights.
- This location is closed on Christmas (Dec 25th) and New Year's Day (Jan 1st).
- This location is accessible up to 3 hours prior to departure.
- Children under 4 years old are admitted free with an adult.
- A dress code is enforced. Shoes are required for entry.
- Newspapers and magazines are available in digital format only.
