The reference number is available on the email that was sent to you (on the top left under card image).

Depending on the status of your card application, you or your authorised signatory will be provided access. You may submit the required supporting documents or information to American Express by uploading them via this secured site.
You can upload files up to 30MB in total. Larger files will take more time to upload. To reduce the size of the documents, you can:
1. Scan or create the file in grayscale instead of color.
2. Reduce the dots per inch (dpi) of a scanned image. 200 dpi should be large enough for image to read.
The maximum size for a single file is 5MB. You can upload up to 5 files. The maximum size for a submission is 30MB. Please note that larger file will take longer to upload.
Acceptable file formats: .pdf, .png, .jpg/eg, .gif, .txt, .tif/f, .xls/x, .ppt/x, .doc/s. Please make sure files are saved with the correct file extension.

Once you have all the documents available, it will approximately take 3-4 minutes to upload all the information into our system. Please ensure that you have the documents in the correct format/size before starting the upload process.
Please be sure to click the ‘Submit’ button after attaching all your files. You will be directed to a confirmation page once files are uploaded successfully. Files that are not submitted will be lost upon closing the browser window and you will have to upload any information/file(s) again.
Our processing timelines are 10-12 business days for standard processing and 5 business days for urgent applications. Card will be dispatched post a decision is made on the application request.
