If you cancelled your David Jones American Express Card prior to 13 July 2024 and had an outstanding balance, your balance will not be transferred to a new David Jones Credit Card issued by Latitude. Please continue paying your account on its current due date, as per your statement issued by American Express. You will need to continue to pay down your balance with American Express.
