Gift Cards and Vouchers will be dispatched within 5 business days from the date you placed your order. Should you not receive your Gift Card or reward within the stated timeframe, you must advise American Express within 28 days from date of redemption in order to claim your reward. Claims made after 28 days will not be investigated or processed. Unless otherwise advised, rewards will be delivered to your statement address. If you’d prefer delivery to a business address, please include the business name when placing your order. Gift Card orders over the value of $2,000 can’t be delivered to a PO box as they will be sent via courier. Please provide a home address, or a work address that includes a business name for courier purposes. Rewards will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If no one is home, a calling card will be left so you are able to collect from your local post office. Please note that rewards cannot be delivered outside Australia.
