Your Velocity account details including full name and number registered must match your partner account. If they do not match, please call the number on the back of your Card to update.

Please note that once points have been transferred out of Membership Rewards to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account it is not possible to have these reversed back into your Membership Rewards account as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

To receive 20% bonus Velocity Points, you must manually transfer eligible points into Velocity Points at least once each calendar month, for three consecutive months, between 1 November 2023 and 31 January 2024 (“Promotion Period”). To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. A Velocity Member can transfer multiple times each calendar month of the Promotion Period.

Bonus Velocity Points Offer

To receive 20% bonus Velocity Points, you must manually transfer eligible points into Velocity Points at least once each calendar month, for three consecutive months, between 1 November 2023 and 31 January 2024 (“Promotion Period”). To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. A Velocity Member can transfer multiple times each calendar month of the Promotion Period.
The Primary Card Member must be enrolled in Membership Rewards Ascent, Gateway, Business Ascent, Corporate Ascent or David Jones Membership Rewards program (this offer excludes American Express New Zealand Card Members) in order to receive the 20% bonus Velocity points.
A minimum of 2,000 Membership Rewards points, (1,998 Membership Rewards points for Business Ascent) must be redeemed for Velocity Points at any one time and must be in increments of 2 Membership Rewards points (3 Membership Rewards for Business Ascent) during the Promotion Period and must be in whole numbers.
Transferred Velocity Points will take up to 1 business day to be available in your Velocity Account. Bonus Velocity Points are calculated on the accumulated total number of base Velocity Points transferred to the Velocity account in accordance with the offer and which arrive in the Member’s account in the Promotion Period. Bonus Velocity Points will be administered by Velocity Frequent Flyer and allocated to the Member’s Velocity account by 29 February 2024 but may take up to 6 weeks to transfer into the Member’s Velocity Membership Account. Once the Membership Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Transferred Velocity Points will take up to 1 business day to be available in your Velocity Account
