Double Benefit Insurance (DBI) insures your outstanding balance during unfortunate events of death or permanent total disability (PTD) by paying off your full outstanding balance and an equal amount to your nominee. The maximum payout amount will not exceed BDT 2,000,000 or twice the outstanding amount, whichever is lower. Once you get enrolled in the program, you will be charged a premium of 0.40% on your monthly card outstanding balance.

- Primary & Supplementary Cardmembers are both eligible to redeem Aponjon Reward points at Agora outlets.
- The points may take up to 3 days to be reflected in your account balance.
- Each Aponjon Reward point is valid for 3 years from the date of earning.
- Points/vouchers will only be redeemable for available products at any Agora outlet in Bangladesh.
- Welcome/renewal vouchers are valid for 2 months from the date of obtaining/renewing Cardmembership. Spend benefit vouchers are valid for 2 months from date of reaching the targeted spending amount.
- Primary Cardmember must present his/her card for authentication while redeeming the vouchers.
- You can check the status of your Aponjon Reward points at any Agora outlet or by calling 16234.
- Aponjon Reward points will expire automatically upon the cancellation of The Agora American Express Cardmembership.
- Existing Aponjon Membership will dissolve within 90 days of applying for The Agora American Express Card. Cardmembers are requested to use up their accumulated points earned under the previous Agora Aponjon Membership within these 90 days.
- Agora reserves the ownership of Aponjon Reward points and has all rights to change the reward model anytime.
- Aponjon Points are earned only in multiples of 100 and cannot be earned as fractions; i.e. If a customer spends BDT 3565, the customer will earn 350 Aponjon Reward Points, as opposed to 356 or 356.5 Aponjon points.
