1. No Pre-Set Spending Limit on purchases does not mean unlimited spending. Your purchases are approved based on a variety of factors, including your credit history, account history, and personal resources. Proof of resources and security may be required.
2. The interest free grace period is 28, 29, 30 or 31 days from the closing date of the current statement to the closing date of the next statement depending on the number of days in the calendar month in which the closing date occurs. The number of interest free days varies based on a variety of factors, including when charges are posted to your account, whether your account is in good standing, and the closing date of your statement.
3. This charge Card has both Due in Full and Flexible Payment Option balances. All Due in Full balances must be paid each month. Interest rate of 30% applies to each delinquent Due in Full charge. This rate is effective from the day account is opened. The Preferred rate of 21.99% applies to your Flexible Payment Option balance. If you have 2 separate Missed Payments in a 12 month period, the Flexible Payment Option rate for your account will be 25.99%. If you have 3 or more separate Missed Payments in a 12 month period, the Flexible Payment Option rate will be 29.99%. These rates are effective from the day the Flexible Payment Option is first available on your account. If the maximum of $100 (CAD) in statement credits per 6-month period is exceeded, purchases that exceed the $100 (CAD) maximum will not qualify for a statement credit. 6. $300 CAD Indeed Credit - The registered Card account must be in good standing. Must first register your Card to the offer and use same Card to make qualifying purchase(s) every 3 months from 05/07/2023 to 31/12/2026. Date format is DD/MM/YYYY. Your ability to earn a statement credit will reset every 3 months. The first 3-month period runs from 05/07/2023 until 31/09/2023. Subsequent 3-month periods will start on the first day of every January, April, July, and October until the offer ends on 31/12/2026. A purchase made during the offer period prior to registration of your eligible Card for this offer is not a qualifying purchase. Your registration of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to qualifying purchases on that Card.
For every 3-month period, each time you make a qualifying purchase online at ca.indeed.com you can get a statement credit equal to the amount of the purchase transaction after taxes and applicable fees, charged to your registered Card during that 3-month period and subsequently posted to your account, up toa maximum of $75 (CAD) in statement credit/s. If the maximum of $75 (CAD) in statement credits per 3-month period is exceeded, purchases that exceed the $75 (CAD) maximum will not qualify for a statement credit. 7. Effective October 1, 2023, Basic Business Platinum Cardmembers will have access to the $120 CAD Annual Wireless Credit. Enrolled Cardmembers will be eligible to receive a maximum of $120 CAD in statement credits on spend at eligible National Mobile Service Providers and their wholly owned subsidiaries, as defined by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), and Sasktel. Eligible Wireless Providers are subject to change and are required to accept American Express Cards in Canada. Spend a minimum of $10 CAD a month, receive a $10 CAD statement credit, up to 12 times in a 12-month period, up to a maximum of $120 CAD. A one-time enrolment is required for the $120 Annual Wireless Credit through Amex Offers and Cardmembers will automatically be enrolled for future redemption periods and do not need to re-enroll. Each month is a separate redemption period. Must first register your Card to the offer and use same Card to make qualifying purchase(s) after registering in order to receive the statement credit. A purchase made during the benefit period prior to registration of your eligible Card for this benefit is not a qualifying purchase.
Any credit not redeemed during the applicable redemption period will not roll over to the following redemption period and will expire. Your Card must be charged prior to the end of each redemption period (the 28th, 29th, 30th or 31st of the respective month, depending on the applicable month) to be eligible for the credit within that redemption period. Purchases made by the last day of the month but charged to the registered Card after that day may not count towards eligible spend for that month (for example, if a purchase is made on or before the last day of the month but charged by the merchant on a date that occurs after the last day of the month or if there is a time difference). If this occurs, that purchase will count towards eligible spend for the next month.
This benefit is available to Basic Business Platinum Cardmembers only. If you switch to a new Card product that is not eligible for this benefit, enrolment will be removed from your Card account. If you are no longer eligible for this benefit, due to a change in account status including but not limited to fraudulent flags, suspension, or cancellation, it will be removed from your account.
Valid only on purchases for monthly wireless telephone service charges made directly from an eligible national wireless carrier in Canada. For more information on the designation of national wireless carriers, please review the CRTC’s regulatory policy. Any purchases from third parties, authorized retailers or resellers, payment account or service of a third party, a card reader attached to a mobile phone and online aggregators, are excluded. Bundled services offered by the above Wireless companies for TV, Internet and VoIP and VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) services may be excluded. Benefit limited to the Card to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the benefit. Transactions made with a Supplementary Card are not eligible for the credit.
Credit should appear on your billing statement within 5 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 5 months. Credit may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit.If you have any questions about merchant eligibility, call the number on the back of your Card.
A statement credit does not constitute a payment and does not satisfy the requirement to pay the minimum due on a credit card. The Basic/Primary Cardmember must continue to make separate payments of at least the minimum due in accordance with the Cardmember Agreement and account statement applicable to their registered Card account.

Date format is DD/MM/YYYY. Your ability to redeem will reset on the first day of each month, and end on the last day of the same month until 31/12/2027. A purchase made during the offer period prior to registration of your eligible Card for this offer is not a qualifying purchase. Your registration of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to qualifying purchases on that Card during the offer period.
To be eligible for a $10 (CAD) statement credit, a qualifying purchase of at least $10 (CAD) in a single transaction, after taxes and applicable fees, must be charged to your registered Card on the Instacart mobile application in Canada or online at www.instacart.ca by the last day of each month during the offer period and subsequently posted to your account. Purchases made during a monthly period but charged to the registered Card after the end of that monthly period may not count towards eligible spend for that month (for example, if a purchase is made during the monthly period but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date and that date occurs after the monthly period ends, or if there is a time difference). Offer valid only for purchases made online through the Canadian version of the merchant’s website (www.instacart.ca) or through the Instacart mobile application in Canada. Purchases must be made in Canadian dollars and shipped within Canada to be eligible. Each qualifying purchase must be made with a single retailer. Statement credit will be reversed if qualifying purchase(s) is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. 9. Account must be in good standing. Membership Rewards points will be earned by the Basic Cardmember on the amount of all purchases, less credits and adjustments. Interest charges, annual fees, other fees and charges for travellers cheques and foreign currencies are not purchases and do not qualify for Membership Rewards points.

10. You may select a spending amount up to which a Supplementary Cardmember will be able to make charges to their Supplementary Card during each billing period. This spending amount is not affected by payments or credits made by or on behalf of the Supplementary Cardmember during a billing period. The spending amount will automatically reset at the beginning of each new billing period. It is your responsibility to ensure each Supplementary Cardmember is made aware of any spending amount that applies to their account as well as the date on which the spending amount resets each month. You can select a different spending amount for each Supplementary Cardmember.
11. You may change the set spending amount you have previously selected at any time. If the spending amount is increased, the Supplementary Cardmember’s ability to charge will be increased once we are able to process the change. Unlike the initial enrolment of a Supplementary Cardmember, charges made by that Supplementary Cardmember before that date will be included in the spending amount for the current billing period. For example, if a Supplementary Cardmember has a $1000 spending amount in place and has already made $750 in charges so far this billing period, if you increase the spending amount to $2000 per month, that $750 balance will be included as part of the $2000 spending amount. This means that the Supplementary Cardmember will only be able to charge $1250 for the remainder of the current billing period and then $2000 for each billing period thereafter.
