The registered Card account must be in good standing. Must first register your Card to the offer and use same Card to make qualifying purchase(s) every 6 months from 05/07/2023 to 31/12/2026. Date format is DD/MM/YYYY. Your ability to earn a statement credit will reset every 6 months. The first 6-month period runs from 05/07/2023 until 31/12/2023. Subsequent 6-month periods will start on the first day of every January and July until the offer ends on 31/12/2026.  A purchase made during the offer period prior to registration of your eligible Card for this offer is not a qualifying purchase. Your registration of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to qualifying purchases on that Card.

For every 6-month period, each time you make a qualifying purchase online at www.dell.com/en-ca you can get a statement credit equal to the amount of the purchase transaction after taxes and applicable fees, charged to your registered Card during that 6-month period and subsequently posted to your account, up to a maximum of $50 (CAD) in statement credit/s. If the maximum of $50 (CAD) in statement credits per 6-month period is exceeded, purchases that exceed the $50 (CAD) maximum will not qualify for a statement credit. This will result in a statement credit being issued for an amount less than the purchase. Purchases made with supplementary cards are not qualifying purchases.

Purchases made by the last day of each 6-month period (December 31 or June 30) but charged to the registered Card after those dates may not count towards eligible spend for that 6-month period (for example, if a purchase is made on or before December 31 but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date and that date occurs after December 31 or if there is a time difference). If this occurs, that purchase will count towards eligible spend for the next 6-month period. Purchases charged to the registered Card by the merchant after the offer period ends will not qualify for the offer (for example, if a purchase is made while the offer is available but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date and that date occurs after 31/12/2026).

Offer valid online only at www.dell.com/en-ca. Purchases must be made on the Canadian version of the merchant’s website, paid in Canadian dollars, and shipped within Canada to be eligible. Excludes Dell Technologies partner portal, Dell Advantage program, repairs, refurbished products, Dell Financial Services, Dell for Home, Dell Partner Direct, Dell Premier, and authorized retailers. Purchases of gift cards are excluded. Offer is non-transferable.

Statement credit will be applied to your registered Card account within 90 days after the end of each 6-month period, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase(s). American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from the merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been provided/shipped by the merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase(s) is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer, the following transactions are not qualifying purchases for this offer: purchasing a merchant’s goods through a third party, such as through concession stores in department stores, payment account or service of a third party, a card reader attached to a mobile phone, online aggregators that sell goods of other merchants or if the merchant category is otherwise not identified. A statement credit does not constitute a payment and does not satisfy the requirement to pay the minimum due on a credit card. The Basic/Primary Cardmember must continue to make separate payments of at least the minimum due in accordance with the Cardmember agreement and account statement applicable to their registered Card account.

In the event that you replace your registered Card through Amex Bank of Canada or other participating American Express card issuer (as applicable) during the offer period, your participation in this offer will end and you will need to re-register for this offer.  

American Express reserves the right to vary any eligibility criteria or the Terms prior to you registering for the offer. If you have not yet registered your Card for the offer and you have multiple American Express cards, your eligibility may change so that the offer only applies to the card that has the higher spend.

This offer is a benefit available to Basic Business Gold Rewards Card Members only. If you switch to a new Card product that is not eligible for this offer, enrolment will be removed from your Card account. If a Card you hold is ineligible, you will not be able to see the benefit, nor will you be able to register your Card. If you are no longer eligible for this offer due to a change in account status, including but not limited to fraudulent flags, suspension or cancellation, it will be removed from your Account.

Your registration of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to qualifying purchases on that Card during the offer period.

To be eligible for a $10 (CAD) statement credit, a qualifying purchase of at least $10 (CAD) in a single transaction, after taxes and applicable fees, must be charged to your registered Card on the Instacart mobile application in Canada or online at www.instacart.ca by the last day of each month during the offer period and subsequently posted to your account. Purchases made during a monthly period but charged to the registered Card after the end of that monthly period may not count towards eligible spend for that month (for example, if a purchase is made during the monthly period but charged by the merchant on the shipping or delivery date and that date occurs after the monthly period ends, or if there is a time difference). If this occurs, that purchase will count towards eligible spend for the next monthly period. Purchases charged to the registered Card by the merchant after the offer period ends will not qualify for the offer (for example, if a purchase is made in the last month the offer is available but charged by the merchant on the delivery date or after a free trial, and that date occurs after the offer ends).

Offer valid only for purchases made online through the Canadian version of the merchant’s website (www.instacart.ca) or through the Instacart mobile application in Canada. Purchases must be made in Canadian dollars and shipped within Canada to be eligible. Each qualifying purchase must be made with a single retailer. Excludes purchases of gift cards, prescriptions, alcohol purchases, and orders placed or shipped internationally. Not valid on Instacart Fresh Funds, Instacart Ads, Instacart Health, and any other Instacart program (existing or new) as determined by Instacart in its sole discretion.  See Instacart website for delivery availability in your area. Offer is non-transferable. You can earn a maximum of $10 (CAD) in statement credit/s per registered Card per month for the duration of the offer period.
