Will my Card still work while frozen?

You can temporarily freeze your Card to help prevent it from being used for select new purchases, without closing your account.

When you temporarily freeze your Card, it can no longer be used for select new transactions. However, the following transactions do not quality and will still be processed in the usual way even after you Freeze your Card:

• Any automated pre-authorized payments, recurring bills or subscriptions that you have set-up.
• Offline or delayed authorizations (such as purchases made aboard airlines).
• Transactions using a mobile wallet.
• Transactions on any Supplementary Cards if only the Basic Card is frozen. (Each Supplementary Card must be frozen separately.)

When a Card is Frozen it may still be possible to:

• Use the Card for online payments at merchants where your Card is stored or set up as the method of payment;
• Add your Card to a mobile wallet.
