How do I Freeze my Card?

You can temporarily freeze and unfreeze your Card through the American Express App® or your Online Services account. 

 

Online Services: 

  1. Log in and navigate to the 'Manage Accounts' tab 
  2. Select 'Security and Privacy' 
  3. Select 'Freeze Your Card' 

 

Amex App: 

  1. Log in and go to 'Account' 
  2. Select 'Freeze or Unfreeze a Card'
