How do I enrol in Amex® rewards?

The following Personal and Small Business Cards are eligible to earn Membership Rewards points and are automatically enrolled in the program:

The Centurion® Card from American Express, American Express Cobalt® Card, American Express® Green Card, American Express® Card, American Express® Gold Rewards Card, American Express® Business Edge™ Card, The Platinum Card®, American Express® Business Gold Rewards Card and the Business Platinum Card® from American Express.
