How do I access and receive my American Express® Card statements?

American Express® App:

• Go to Overview
• Tap Statements  → Select the Statement period you would like to view
• Tap Download Statement

To receive Push Notifications:

• Go to Account → Settings → Push Notifications
• Enable Statement Ready

Online Services:

• Log in to Online Services. Not registered yet? Register Now  
• Tap Statement  → Export Statement Data  → Download PDF statements or Select data type

When your account is Paperless, we’ll send payment reminder alerts, statement ready alerts and all other account communications to your email address on file.
