The property was acquired by the Baroness Charlotte de Rothschild in the late 19th-century and has retained a luxurious and cozy country estate feel. Rooms and suites are spread out over multiple buildings, each one being unique. L'Abbaye, the most prestigious building, Les Haras, once home to the estate’s former stables, and La Ferme, the latest addition to the property. Start your day with breakfast in Le Réfectoire des Moines, where candlelit arches set the scene, or at La Trattoria di Bambini for guests staying in La Ferme, serving morning favorites in a chic, countryside-inspired setting. For elegant French cuisine, dine at Les Chasses in the former Rothschild hunting lodge. The cozy L’Auberge offers rustic country fare, while La Trattoria di Bambini also serves wood-fired pizzas and homemade tiramisu.
