Each spacious room includes slate floors, local art, and views of the Pacific Ocean and thoughtfully landscaped grounds. Each suite features hardwood trim, full granite bathrooms, and select suites feature an outdoor lava-rock garden shower. In addition, villas offer a second floor, private pool or spa, as well as multiple room configurations.
Beach Tree offers Californian cuisine with an Italian twist in a casual beach house atmosphere. At 'ULU Ocean Grill, local ingredients sourced from the ocean, farms, and even right at the resort are the focus. Hualalai Grille is an intimate American steakhouse, while 'ULU Sushi Lounge serves sushi with a handcrafted cocktail. Residents' Beach House provides casual lānai dining where you can enjoy simply prepared seafood right on the beach.
The resort includes eight pools, including one adults-only pool, a sand-bottomed wading pool for children, and an infinity-edge pool overlooking the world-famous King's Pond, home to over a thousand rehabilitated fish for an interactive snorkeling environment. The indoor/outdoor spa is home to 28 treatment rooms including 18 outdoor hales.
Learn the basics of snorkeling in the resort’s 1.8-million gallon, lava-rock aquarium with a marine biologist. Enjoy a tour and coffee tasting at a local coffee farm. Visit the salt flats for a lesson in salt gathering.
