Valley Kitchen focuses on cuisine created with ingredients from The Ranch’s organic garden. Set next to the fairway, the casual Clubhouse Grill offers salads, burgers, and sandwiches. The River Ranch Café features farmstead-inspired casual fare in a historic 132-year-old building by the pool.
Relax along one of three pools across the grounds. The Spa Aiyana makes use of the ranch’s flowers, herbs, and plants in many treatments. The Orange Blossom & Marigold Body Polish includes marigold extract and a whipped cream scrub of tangerine and pomegranate oils laced with jojoba wax.
Take a class in beekeeping at the ranch’s own apiary, home to 250,000 Italian honeybees. Hike up the Huff ‘N’ Puff and Mucklehead Trails to the ridge above the ranch for spectacular views. Hit the links at the Carmel Valley Ranch Golf Course.
