Rooms and suites feature understated beach-inspired décor and all include private balconies or patios with views of the resort's natural landscaping, pools, Atlantic Ocean, or Currituck Sound. Spacious suites include separate living areas.
Lifesaving Station celebrates casual Southern coastal cuisine. The seasonal menu is built around regional, organic products. Kimball’s Kitchen serves upscale coastal cuisine with stunning views of Currituck Sound. Sandbar features a bar and deck, and also provides service to the Resort's Beach House Deck and pools.
The Tranquility Pool provides an intimate experience, featuring a lap pool, large whirlpool spa, chaise lounges, and a secluded, umbrella-canopied seating area. The Resort Pool is ideal for the whole family. Spa at Sanderling includes an indoor pool and eucalyptus steam rooms with a menu of coastal and seasonally inspired massage, body, and facial treatments. Unwind with an oceanside yoga session, with classes and private instruction available.
Watch the waves from the private beach or take to the water with a variety of activities to choose from, including guided kayak tours, surfing and sailing lessons, parasailing, kiteboarding, dolphin tours, sunset cruises, and fishing charters. Explore the area surrounding the Sanderling Resort by bicycle or take a guided horseback tour through a Maritime Forest in Hatteras and then onto the beach.
