Vouchers can be redeemed at participating locations in the following destination countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece (Islands), Greece (Mainland), Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain (Balearics), Spain (Canaries), Spain (Costas), Spain (Rest of Mainland), Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA. No blackout dates or capacity controls apply except for the following: Greece - A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a rental reservation, and a blackout period applies from 1 July 31 August. Sweden - A minimum rental period of 3 days is required. The following three locations in Sweden do not participate in the programme: Stockholm Vasagatan, Stockholm Östermalmstorg, and Visby Airport.

Vouchers are redeemable for the amount indicated on the face of the voucher and have no cash value. When renting internationally (outside of the Card member's country of residence), the value of the Hertz certificate will be exchanged for local currency at time and place of rental. In the instance that the cash value of the voucher exceeds the total cost of the Hertz rental no refund will be made for the difference. All rentals are subject to availability, and a maximum of three vouchers may be used per single transaction. Renters must meet all Hertz qualifications, standards and requirements as per the terms and conditions of Hertz rental agreements (minimum age for rental is 23, however some exceptions apply).
