Rewards are subject to availability. If an item is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted whenever possible. If a substitution is not available, your Membership Rewards points will be credited back to your Account. New rewards will be added to the programme on a regular basis. Delivery
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery receipt. If your order is not received after this timeframe, please escalate within 30 calendar days via Customer Services. If an escalation is received after 30 days, we cannot guarantee resolution. Returns
Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit. If your reward arrives damaged, has missing pieces or is the incorrect item, please contact Membership Rewards Customer Service.
