Event & Ticketing Terms & Conditions:

1. The following offers (Collectively “Offers”) are valid for the designated Promotion Period (defined as below).
   • Offer 1: From September 14, 2023 to October 22, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion period”), enjoy 15% savings on regular-priced The Grounds tickets from October 12 to 15 and 21 to 22, 2023 movie screening with the promotion code "AMEXMM" via the designated booking website.
   • Offer 2: From September 14 to December 10, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion period”), enjoy 72 hours priority ticket purchase through the designated website before public sales.
   • Offer/seats are subject to availability and based on first-come-first-served basis.
     
2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.
3. Offers are only applicable to purchase of ticket at the designated ticketing website.
4. In the event that a scheduled event is canceled, the organizer (The Grounds) may arrange an alternative date or date(s) for which ticket holders of said canceled event(s) would be eligible for, without further charges. Ticket holders can follow @thegroundshk on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates should this happen. 
5. In the event that a ticket holder cannot attend their session, tickets may be transferable to another person and are only valid on the printed date and time of the ticket. 6. Issue of tickets and admission to The Grounds are subject to the Rules and Regulations which are set out in the website at https://thegroundshk.com and at The Grounds Entrance.
   
7. Ticket prices and terms & conditions of tickets will vary depending on the event and will be clearly stated at the ticketing partner site https://www.zicket.co
8. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above.
9. Children under the age of 3 do not need a ticket.
10. The Grounds may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours, close the event or any part thereof temporarily, or suspend the operation of individual elements for weather, safety, maintenance, or any other reason.
11. No pets or animals are permitted in The Grounds, other than service animals with valid identification.
12. The Grounds reserves the right to deny admission, or to require removal from the event, without refund or compensation, for illegal, unsafe or offensive behavior, or if they consider that the circumstances so require.

14. The Grounds is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
16. American Express, The Grounds and Zicket.co reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

18. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and The Grounds shall be final.

Onsite Complimentary Popcorn and Lemonade Terms & Conditions:

1. The following offer (Collectively “Offer”) is valid from October 12, 2023 to December 10, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
   •  Get a complimentary popcorn and lemonade upon single transaction of HK$400 or above on food and beverages items purchase via in-venue F&B online order platform with eligible Card.
2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
3. Offer is only applicable to food and beverages purchased in-venue via the F&B online order platform. Advance orders before the booked event are not applicable.
4. Offer is available while stocks last.
5. In case of the popcorn or lemonade being out of stock, the complimentary items will be replaced by other items without prior notice at The Grounds' discretion.
