TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting this application, you are requesting us to open an Account in your name and to issue Card(s) as you direct. Only qualified individuals 18 or over may apply for an Account. Eligibility for your card Account is limited to Non US Residents.

You promise that the information you provide on this application is accurate. You authorize us to verify this information and to obtain reports from consumer reporting agencies. You authorize us and our affiliates and subsidiaries to share information we have about you at any time for marketing and administrative purposes as permitted by law. Upon request, we will tell you if we have received a consumer report and the name and address of the agency that provided it.

Must provide a legible copy of your passport or identification and proof of your residential address, which must be either a bill or receipt, not older than three months, of a public service rendered at your residence, such as a land-line telephone, electricity, gas, water, cable TV or Internet or a Bank Statement issued by a U.S. domiciled financial institution other than the referring financial institution, showing your name and residential address. Mobile phone bills or Credit Card statements are not accepted as valid proof of residency. All attached documents must match the personal information provided in this application. When you use your Account (or sign or keep The Card), you agree to the terms of the Card Member Agreement that will be provided to you. Your Card Member Agreement includes an arbitration provision, which impacts your opportunity to have claims related to the Account heard in court or resolved by a jury, and to participate in a class action or similar proceeding.

We may change the Card Member Agreement subject to applicable law. We may do this in response to the business, legal or competitive environment. Changes to some terms may require 45 days’ advance notice, and we will tell you in the notice if you have the right to reject a change. We cannot change certain terms during the first year of your Card Membership.

Additional Cards: Additional Card Members do not have accounts with us but they can use your Account subject to the terms of the Card Member Agreement. You are responsible for all use of your Account by Additional Card Members and anyone they allow to use your Account. You must pay for all charges they make. You authorize us to give Additional Card Members information about your Account and to discuss it with them.

USA PATRIOT Act Notice: Federal law requires all Financial Institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an Account, including your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to verify your identity.

BENEFIT TERMS

Additional Cards
At your request we may issue Cards to additional Card Members. They do not have accounts with us, but they can use your Account subject to the terms of this Agreement. You are responsible for all use of your Account by additional Card Members and anyone they allow to use your Account. You must pay for all charges they make. You authorize us to give additional Card Members information about your Account and to discuss it with them. If you want to cancel an additional Card member’s right to use your Account (and cancel their Card) you must tell us. The annual membership fee for the first Additional Centurion® Card is US$0. The annual membership fee for each Additional Centurion® Card after the first one is US$1,500. The annual membership fee for each Additional The Platinum Card® is US$0.

Centurion Membership Services
Centurion Membership Services perform select concierge services at your request and on your behalf that are limited to: (i) purchasing of available event tickets, (ii) making of available dining or other reservations (which may include, for example, spa or golf), (iii) general travel-related inquiries, and (iv) shopping requests (which may include, for example, sending of flowers or gifts); in each case, as deemed reasonable by American Express. You are responsible for all purchases and associated taxes and fees (including, without limitation, shipping fees) that Centurion Membership Services makes at your request and on your behalf. You acknowledge that if you make a request through Centurion Membership Services: (i) American Express is placing that request on your behalf, and (ii) the goods and/or services you requested will be provided by third parties and American Express is not liable for any injury to person or property caused by such third parties or the goods and/or services requested. American Express reserves the right to note your preferences (which may include, for example, flower preferences or tee times) for servicing and marketing purposes, but is not responsible for notifying a restaurant of any food allergies or any other dietary restrictions or preferences when making dining reservations.
To provide you with Centurion Membership Services, you acknowledge that we may contact you regarding offers and benefits of Membership using the contact details that you provide to us, including, without limitation, email, phone (including mobile phone) and text message. If you request not to receive marketing communications from American Express, we will not apply those preferences to your Centurion Membership Services. If you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from Centurion Membership Services, you must request that from your Membership Executive or Membership Manager.

Delta SkyMiles® Gold Medallion Status Membership
Medallion® Complimentary Upgrades are subject to availability and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Complimentary Upgrades are not available on flights that are serviced with our Business Elite® product, except on flights between New York/JFK and Los Angeles, San Francisco or Seattle. Taxes (and if applicable, fees) for Award Travel are the responsibility of the passenger and must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Award Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Complimentary Upgrades for Award Tickets and Pay with Miles reservations are offered to Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Medallion members and will be upgraded beginning at the eligible Medallion tier window based on availability and are not eligible for Complimentary Companion Upgrades. See program terms and conditions for additional details.

Fine Hotels + Resorts
Valid only for new Fine Hotels + Resorts bookings made through Centurion Travel Services. Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card in the Platinum Cardmember's or Centurion® Member’s name. Available for Platinum Charge Cardmembers and Centurion® Members only, and excludes Platinum Credit Cardmembers who are not also Platinum Charge Cardmembers. Cardmember must travel on itinerary booked to be eligible for benefits described. Noon check-in and room upgrade are based on availability and are provided at check-in. Breakfast amenity varies by property, but will be, at a minimum, a continental breakfast. Complimentary In-Room Wi-Fi is provided. In the case where a Property includes cost of Wi-Fi in a mandatory resort fee, the Cardmember will receive a daily credit from the Property in the standard amount that the Property charges for Wi-Fi. The credit will be issued on the Cardmembers final statement upon check-out. Benefit restrictions vary by Fine Hotels + Resorts property and cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless indicated. Advance reservations are recommended for services such as spa, dining or golf in order to take advantage of the Fine Hotels + Resorts special amenity during your stay. Benefits are only applied at checkout and expire at checkout. Limit one benefit package per room, per stay. Three room limit per Cardmember, per stay; back-to-back stays within a 24-hour period at the same property considered one stay. Participating Fine Hotels + Resorts properties and benefits are subject to change.

Centurion Fine Hotels + Resorts
Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) program Centurion benefits are available for new bookings made through Centurion Membership Services (meaning solely by calling the phone number on the back of your eligible Card) with participating properties and are valid only for eligible Centurion® Card Members. Bookings must be made using an eligible Card and must be paid using that Card, or another American Express® Card, in the eligible Card Member’s name, and that Card Member must be traveling on the itinerary booked. The average total value of the program benefits is based on prior-year bookings for stays of two nights; the actual value varies. Noon check-in and room upgrade are subject to availability and are provided at check-in; certain room categories are not eligible for upgrade. Room upgrade is subject to availability and is confirmed at the time of booking; certain room categories are not eligible for upgrade. Noon check-in is subject to availability and is provided at check-in. The type of experience credit varies by property; the experience credit will be applied to eligible charges up to the amount of the experience credit. Advance reservations are recommended for certain experience credits. Breakfast amenity varies by property, but will be, at a minimum, a continental breakfast. The type and value of the daily breakfast (for two) varies by property; breakfast will be valued at a minimum of US$60 per room per day. If the cost of Wi-Fi is included in a mandatory property fee, a daily credit of that amount will be applied at check-out. For a stay of two consecutive nights or more, an additional experience credit of up to $200 will be provided. Benefit restrictions vary by property. Benefits are applied per room, per stay (with a three-room limit per stay). Back-to-back stays booked by a single Card Member, Card Members staying in the same room or Card Members traveling in the same party within a 24- hour period at the same property are considered one stay and are ineligible for additional FHR benefits (“Prohibited Action”). American Express and the Property reserve the right to modify or revoke FHR benefits at any time without notice if we or they determine, in our or their sole discretion, that you may have engaged in a Prohibited Action, or have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with your FHR benefits. Benefit restrictions vary by property. Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash and are not combinable with other offers unless indicated. Benefits must be used during the stay booked. Any credits applicable are applied at check-out in USD or the local currency equivalent. Benefits, participating properties, and availability and amenities at those properties are subject to change.

Global Lounge Collection


The Centurion® Lounge
Centurion Card Members have unlimited complimentary access to all locations of The Centurion Lounge. Additional Gold Cards and Additional Green Cards on your Centurion® account are not eligible for complimentary access. All access to The Centurion Lounge is subject to space availability. To access The Centurion Lounge, the Centurion Card Member traveling through an airport must present The Centurion Lounge agent with the following upon each visit: their valid Card and a government-issued I.D. Failure to present this documentation may result in access being denied. Centurion Card Members may bring either their immediate family members (includes a spouse or domestic partner and their children under 18) as complimentary OR up to two (2) guests as complimentary into The Centurion Lounge. Card Members must accompany their guests at all times while visiting the Lounge. Guest access policies may vary internationally by location and are subject to change. Card Members must be at least 18 years of age to enter without a parent or legal guardian. All Centurion Lounge visitors must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the Lounge is located to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. American Express reserves the right to remove any person from the Lounge for inappropriate behavior or failure to adhere to rules, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent. Soliciting other Card Members for access into our Lounge is not permissible. Hours may vary by location and are subject to change. Amenities vary among The Centurion Lounge locations and are subject to change. Centurion Card Members will not be compensated for changes in locations, rates or policies. In addition to the complimentary services and amenities in the Lounge, certain services, products or amenities may be offered for sale. You are responsible for any purchases and/or servicing charges you authorize our Member Services Professionals to perform on your behalf. American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or damages suffered by the visitors to The Centurion Lounge. Use of The Centurion Lounge is subject to all rules and conditions set by American Express. American Express reserves the right to revise the rules at any time without notice.

Escape Lounges - The Centurion Studio Partner
This benefit is available to Centurion® Card Members. Card Members receive complimentary access to all US locations of the Escape Lounges. Card Member must present their valid Card, a boarding pass showing a confirmed reservation for same-day travel on any carrier and government-issued I.D. Card Member must be at least 18 years of age to enter without a parent or legal guardian. All Escape Lounge visitors must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the Lounge is located to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. Centurion Members may bring either their immediate family members (includes a spouse or domestic partner and their children under 18) as complimentary OR up to two (2) guests as complimentary. Card Member must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Card members and their guests will receive all of the complimentary benefits and amenities afforded to the Escape Lounges customers, as well as access to purchase non-complimentary items. Some product features may be subject to additional charges. Escape Lounges locations are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.

Delta Sky Club®
Delta SkyClub. This benefit is available to Centurion® Card Members. Centurion Card Members must present their valid American Express Card, government-issued I.D., and same-day corresponding airline ticket to club ambassador. boarding pass to the Delta Sky Club ambassador. Additional Gold Cards and Additional Green Cards on your Centurion® Card account are not eligible for complimentary access. Access to Delta Sky Club partner lounges is not permitted. Individuals must be at least 18 years of age to access Delta Sky Club, and 21 years of age to access locations with a self-service bar, unless accompanied by a responsible, supervising adult who has access to the lounge. Eligible Centurion Members must adhere to all House Rules while accessing participating airport clubs. Participating airport clubs and locations subject to change without notice. Centurion Members may bring guests into the Delta Sky Club subject to the most current Delta Sky Club access and pricing policies, and must use their valid Centurion Cards as the payment method for guest access. Guests also must be flying on a same-day Delta-operated flight. Guest access and fees subject to terms and conditions of participating airport clubs.

Effective January 1, 2024: Eligible Centurion Members traveling on a same-day Delta-operated flight with Basic Economy (E) fare tickets will not have access to the Delta Sky Club or to Grab and Go.

Plaza Premium Lounge
This benefit is available to Centurion® Card Members. Card Members receive complimentary access to any global location of Plaza Premium Lounges. Card Members must present their valid Card, a confirmed boarding pass for same-day travel on any carrier boarding pass and government-issued I.D. In some cases, Card Member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly. Card Members may bring up to two (2) companions into Plaza Premium Lounges as complimentary guests. Card Member must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Card Members and their guests will receive all of the complimentary benefits and amenities afforded to the Plaza Premium Lounge customers, as well as access to purchase non-complimentary items. Some product features may be subject to additional charges. Plaza Premium Lounge locations are subject to change.

Priority Pass™
This benefit is available to Centurion Card Members. Centurion Members and Additional Centurion Members may enroll in the Priority PassTM Program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. You acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, Centurion Card Members with a valid Card Account may access participating Priority Pass lounges by presenting their Priority Pass card and airline boarding pass. If the Card Account is canceled, you will not be eligible for Priority Pass and your enrollment will be cancelled. When visiting a Priority Pass lounge that admits guests, Centurion Members receive complimentary access for 2 accompanying guests. Some lounges limit the number of guests or do not admit guests. In some lounges, Priority Pass member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges and access to participating lounges is subject to all rules, terms and conditions of the applicable lounge. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass members must adhere to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package, and can be viewed at www.prioritypass.com. Upon receipt of your enrollment information, Priority Pass will send your Priority Pass card and membership package which you should receive within 4-6 weeks.

Lufthansa Lounge Access
This benefit is available to Centurion Card Members. Additional Gold Cards and Additional Green Cards on your Centurion Card account are not eligible for complimentary access. Centurion Card Members have complimentary access to select Lufthansa First Lounges (where available), and Senator and Business lounges (regardless of ticket class) when flying on a Lufthansa Group flight. To access the Lufthansa lounges, Centurion Card Member must present their valid Centurion Card, a government issued I.D., and a same-day departure boarding pass showing confirmed reservation on a Lufthansa Group flight (Lufthansa, SWISS and Austrian airlines) Card Members must adhere to all rules of participating lounges. Participating lounges and locations subject to change without notice. Additional guest access and fees subject to terms and conditions of participating lounges. In some Lounges the Centurion Card Member must be at least 18 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages. Additional Global Lounge Collection Partner Lounges
American Express offers access to additional lounges in the Global Lounge Collection where Centurion® Members have unlimited complimentary access to participating locations. Card Members must present their valid Centurion Card, a government-issued I.D., and a boarding pass showing a confirmed reservation for same-day travel on any carrier. Guest access and associated fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the participating lounge provider. Participation, locations, rates, and policies of lounges are subject to change without notice, and Card Members and their guests will not be compensated for such changes. Amenities, services, and hours may vary by participating lounge and are subject to change without notice. American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen, or damages suffered by the Card Member or guests inside the participating lounge. For participating lounges with a self-service bar, the Card Member may be required to be of legal drinking age in the participating lounge jurisdiction to enter without a parent or legal guardian. All Card Members and their guests must be of legal drinking age to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly. Each participating lounge may have their own policy allowing for children under a certain age to enter for free with the Card Member who is a parent or legal guardian. Card Member must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. If American Express, in our sole discretion, determines that the Card Member or their guests have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with access to participating lounges in any way, or that the Card Member or their guests intend to do so, we may remove access to the Additional Lounges from the Account. American Express and the participating lounge reserve the right to revise the rules at any time without notice. Hilton Honors Diamond Status
1. As a Centurion Member you are eligible to enroll in complimentary Hilton Honors Diamond status. Offer available only to Centurion Members and is not transferable. Full details of Diamond status can be found at HiltonHonors.com/MemberBenefits and is subject to change by Hilton. Diamond status benefits are subject to availability at participating hotels and resorts within the Hilton Portfolio. Once you request enrolment in Diamond status, American Express will share your enrolment information with Hilton. Hilton may use this information in accordance with its privacy policy available at Hilton.com/PrivacyPolicy. You maintain Diamond status without meeting otherwise required criteria only while an eligible Cardholder or until American Express notifies you that the benefit is terminated. Marriott Bonvoy™ Gold Elite Status
Enrollment through American Express is required to receive the benefit. Centurion Members and Additional Centurion Members are eligible to enroll in the complimentary Marriott Bonvoy™ Gold Elite Status benefit in the Benefits section of their americanexpress.com online account or by calling the number on the back of their Card. If a Card Member already has a Marriott Bonvoy account number, they may enter it in the Benefits section prior to enrollment. Once the Card Member requests enrollment, American Express will share their enrollment information with Marriott International Inc. Marriott Bonvoy may use this information in accordance with its privacy statement available at www.marriott.com/about/privacy.mi. Enrollment into the Marriott Bonvoy program is required to receive program benefits, and enrollment may be terminated without prior notice subject to Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions. Enrollment usually occurs within 3-5 business days, but in limited instances it may take longer. Please call the number on the back of your Card for assistance if you have not received a benefit enrollment confirmation within 10 days from the time you requested enrollment. The Marriott Bonvoy program is subject to change and certain eligibility requirements and benefit availability may vary by property. The Hotel Collection
Valid only for new The Hotel Collection bookings of two or more consecutive nights made through Centurion Membership Services. Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card. No Foreign Transaction Fees

Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance Plan is underwritten by Indemnity Insurance Company of North America, Administrative Office, The Corporate Center, Resolución #33, Suite 500, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00920. Coverage is determined by the Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions of policy 58US3775 and is subject to change with notice. This document does not supplement or replace the policy. Certain restrictions apply. Cardmember should not accept the insurance CDW offered by the rental company. Some vehicles are not covered. Centurion® Card Members are insured internationally, except for vehicles rented in Australia, Ireland, Italy, Israel, Jamaica and New Zealand. No cover is provided for auto rental for a Cardmember within their country of official residence.

The Trip Cancellation, Curtailment, Postponement and Abandonment Insurance Plan
The Trip Cancellation, Curtailment, Postponement and Abandonment Insurance Plan is underwritten by Indemnity Insurance Company of North America, Administrative Office, The Corporate Center Calle Resolución #33, Suite 500, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00920.
