• Cardmembers are required to announce the offer at the restaurant before bill generation.
• There is no maximum limit to the number of people who can dine in on a single bill.
• These offers are not applicable on alcoholic beverages.
• These offers cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers and promotions like corporate discount, Zomato Gold, EazyDiner, Happy hours. Also, the offers will not be valid on any special deals extended by The Biere Club Cafe.
• No prior reservation required to avail these offers.
• These offers are not applicable on EMI transactions.
• There are no blackout dates under this offer.
• There are no exclusions in Offer 2.

• Cardmember can avail any one offer from Offer 1 and Offer 2.

• All disputes relating to billing, offer, services etc. shall be resolved at the outlet level only.
• The Cardmembers needs to keep and present the receipt in case of any non-fulfilment related concern.

• Queries related to the offers will be entertained only till 15 days from the transaction date.
• All offers-related queries will be addressed within 3 working days from the date the query is raised.
