Escalation Matrix

●        Cancellation and Refund policy

              1.           Non-Refundable Payments

                        •  Once deposited, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

              2.           Adjustment of Amount

                       •   The amount may be adjusted towards any other service of the clinic/center,

                              subject to a 25% deduction from the total deposited amount.

                       •   Adjustment will be done based on the current service pricing at the time of adjustment.

              3.           Package Validity

                       •   The validity of every package is two (2) years from the date of purchase.

                       •   If the package is not consumed within two years, it shall be considered expired.

              4.           Extension Requests

                      •    Any request for an extension in package validity must be submitted in writing.

                      •    The client must provide valid supporting documents/evidence along with prior information.                         

                     •     Approval is at the discretion of the Medlinks Aesthetics.

             5.     For hair transplant we will give full refund of the advance deposit if informed a day prior.

·       Exclusions

The following services are excluded from promotional offers:

              •            Injectables (such as Botox, Fillers, Threads) performed by Dr. Pankaj or Sr Dermats.
