• This offer is open to American Express® Platinum Card Members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express® Card Member (“Card Member”) for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is not valid for Network Cards (issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) issued in India.
• This offer is not valid on Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Card Members are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/redeemed by the Card Members under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Card Member under this offer.
• American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card Member agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.

Minimum Transaction Value: INR 499. The Minimum Order Value is applicable only in case of the offer redemption transactions i.e. 4^th, 8^th and 12^th transactions.

• American Express® Platinum Card Members can avail Blinkit discounts of ₹150, ₹250, and ₹350 in their 4th, 8th, and 12th transactions respectively, on the Blinkit App. Once a milestone is reached, the corresponding discount code is unlocked and made available in the 'Use Coupons' section on the Blinkit cart checkout page.
• The offer is applicable each month and milestones reset on the 1^st of every month during the offer period.
• The offer resets monthly, and the transaction count using the eligible American Express®  Card will be considered starting from the first date of every month during the offer period. Offers unlocked can only be redeemed in the same month during the offer period.
• Unlocked discount codes remain available in the 'Use Coupons' section until they are redeemed or the offer expires — they are not tied exclusively to the milestone transaction itself. For example, if a member doesn't apply the ₹150 discount on their 4th order, it will still be available to redeem on their 5th, 6th, or later orders (as long as the offer is valid). Similarly, a member could redeem the ₹250 discount (unlocked at the 8th order) on their 8th order, and still have the ₹150 discount (unlocked earlier) available to use on their 9th order, since both remain active until used.
• Discounts cannot be combined. Only one discount coupon is allowed in a single transaction.
• The discount can be availed on any order after the milestone is met. However, redemption of only one discount coupon is allowed in a single transaction
• Milestone eligibility and progression are determined at the Blinkit account level. Eligible transactions made using one or more eligible American Express Cards linked to the same Blinkit account will be considered cumulatively for milestone tracking purposes.
• Changing the eligible American Express® Card used for payment will not reset milestone progress, provided the transactions continue to be made through the same Blinkit account and all other offer eligibility criteria are met.
• A promo code once unlocked will be available for redemption in the ‘Use Coupons’ section on the Blinkit cart page and can be used in following orders.
• Card Members can track their milestone progress through the Blinkit App. The offer will be visible on the homepage under product categories, where Card Members can click on the offer tile to view their progress.
• Once available, the promo code can be applied on orders of ₹499 (‘Minimum Order Value’) or above exclusive of taxes, platform charges and items excluded from the offer mentioned below.
• The Minimum Order Value is applicable only in case of the offer redemption transactions.
• The promo/offer will not be applicable on Gold and Silver coins, Milk, Tobacco, Cigarettes, Oil, Ghee, Baby needs and Gift Cards/Vouchers.
• The promo/offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• There are no blackout dates under this offer. 
• The offer is valid on Supplementary Cards as well.

• All queries regarding a specific transaction must be raised within 7 days of that transaction. There is no last date for general offer-related queries.
• The turnaround time for response to a query is 3 working days.

Steps to avail the offer:

Online via the Blinkit App:

• Eligible American Express® Card Member selects eligible products on Blinkit App.
• Proceeds to the payment page.
• Enters the Card details.
• Completes Card validation (authentication).
• The instant discount may be applied using the unlocked promo codes from the ‘Use Coupons’ section after the offer milestones are achieved.
