• Offer is valid on American Express Platinum Cardmembers.
• Offer is valid at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (Address: G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai 400 098, Maharashtra, India)
• The offer is also applicable for Supplementary cardholders.
• The Basic or Supplementary cardmember linked to the same account cannot combine the offer.
• Pre-sale is applicable for NMACC produced shows, the offer will only be valid on booking the NMACC via official website . (By clicking on the link above, you will be redirected to a third-party website.)
• The packages/tickets are exclusive of taxes and convenience fees and are per person prices.
• The packages/tickets don’t include any travel and are only applicable on tickets/packages for the shows.
• All Packages, privileges and tickets are subject to availability.
• Tickets will be e-tickets, and these will be sent directly to Cardmembers mobile number.
• Queries can be raised up to twenty-four hours upto the booked show.
• Deadline for raising offer related queries will be 24 hours before the show go-live date.
• Once the tickets are booked, NMACC policies and terms shall be applicable.
• Payment to be done via valid eligible American Express cards only.
• This offer is not valid on EMI options.
• The payment needs to be made on the NMACC official website by adding eligible card details.
• Once the ticket(s) is/are ready, NMACC will send e-tickets to the Cardmember via registered communication channel.
• The Cardmembers must carry their digital tickets for the show.
• Cardmember cannot cancel or refund the ticket(s) once purchased.
• Tickets are non-transferable.
• The offer is valid only for tickets booked through the NMACC Website for eligible Partner Shows at the Cultural Centre;
• The Food & Beverage discount offer will only be available at the below mentioned outlets only:

• This offer is valid on food and beverage purchases at above-mentioned outlets and does not require purchase of a show ticket or attendance at the show. Cardmembers may avail this offer as walk-in guests.
• The Food & Beverage offer includes alcohol, as per statutory law any alcoholic beverage shall not be served to any person who is below the legal drinking age or otherwise prohibited under applicable law.
• The Food & Beverage offer can be utilized multiple times during the offer period.
• The Food & Beverage offer cannot be clubbed or combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, special event pricing, festive menus or packages or any curated dining or experiential offerings available at the time of purchase.
   

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• NMACC/the merchant is solely responsible for managing the event, including ticketing, scheduling, fulfilment, and any event changes or cancellations.
• The following ticketing terms and conditions are for events (“Events”) hosted by the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (“Cultural Centre”) at the Jio World Centre (“JWC”). The term Ticket Holder means person/s holding the tickets for the Events. By purchasing tickets, the Ticket Holder agrees to the following terms and conditions: - 
• Tickets are valid only for a specific Event to be held at a specific date and time as mentioned in the ticket. A ticket purchased for a particular Event shall not be permitted to be used for entry to any other Event. 
• All tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-replaceable and non-transferable.
• Management shall not be responsible for any lost or damaged tickets.
• Each guest shall be required to have a valid ticket. 
• Children under the age of 2 years and below are not permitted inside the theatres. Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Removing any part of, altering or defacing a ticket may invalidate it.
• Tickets purchased from unauthorised agents or third parties are not valid. 
• Tickets shall be cancelled immediately if resold or used for third-party advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of Management.
• All tickets remain the property of Management at all times and constitute a personal revocable license from Management to the Ticket holder. 
• Collection of tickets at the ticketing counter shall require production of a government issued ID for verification.
• Late arrivals may be admitted solely at the discretion of Management to ensure least disruption to both guests and artistes. 
• Only food and beverages sold within the Cultural Centre / JWC shall be permitted to be consumed. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking of cigarettes, consumption of tobacco products, bidi, liquor or any other intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited. 
• Any facilities associated with a particular class of tickets shall only be applicable for those Ticket holders.
• Ticket Holder/s accept all customary risks associated with live entertainment.  
• Management and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages and/or losses that the Ticket Holder may suffer or purport to suffer from their visit, including without limitation, due to an Event cancellation, personal injury and/or death. 
• Management reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person/s whose conduct is deemed by Management at its sole discretion to be disorderly, inappropriate and/or poses a threat to the security or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
• The Ticket Holder may be subject to search at any time during their visit, for any hazardous, illegal or dangerous items. Carrying of such items is strictly prohibited and forms grounds for immediate denial of entry/eviction without refund. 
• Ticket Holders are subject to all safety and security policies and procedures maintained by Management including policies relating to social distancing, hygiene, wearing of masks, etc. as Management may in its absolute discretion deem fit from time to time. Management reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person/s unable or refusing to adhere to its safety and security policies and procedures. 
• During the visit, the Ticket Holder expressly agrees and consents to being recorded, photographed, filmed, identified and/or otherwise digitally captured (collectively called “Recordings”) and further authorizes use of such Recordings on such platforms as the Management or its affiliated entities deem fit. 
• The use of cameras or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited inside the theatres.
• The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• The Ticket Holder shall indemnify and keep Management indemnified against all losses arising from or in any manner relating to their visit and /or the breach of these terms and conditions. 
• In case of difference of opinion, the decision of Management shall be final and binding.
• In case of any dispute, Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
