• The Offer is open to all American Express Consumer and Corporate Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India. 
• This offer is not valid for Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India. 
• The offer would be valid on above mentioned cards issued in India only. 
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only. 
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.  
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same.  
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.  
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer. 
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card, no cash alternative is available. 
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.

Offer Details:

• The offer is valid on new bookings only via the SaffronStays website. (By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to a third-party website)
• The Cardmember needs to use promo code “AMEXSS15” for offer 1 or “AMEXSS20” for offer 2 at the time of checkout to avail this offer. 
• There is no minimum spend required to avail the offer.
• There is no higher limit to the discount amount that can be availed under this offer.
• The offer is also applicable for Supplementary Cardmembers.
• Cardmembers can avail this offer multiple times during the offer period.
• There are no exclusions on room type under this offer.
• The offer cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, vouchers, or promotions.
• The offer is subject to availability of rooms.
• The booking and stay period will remain from 1st September 2025 to 31st March 2026, both days included.
• The offer is applicable only to the base booking amount: taxes, meals, add-ons, and extra person charges are excluded unless specified.
• Bookings must be requested at least 72 hours prior to check-in. The promo code will be applicable within the stipulated check-in time of a property.
• The offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• At the time of check-in, Cardmembers must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Driving License or Passport, etc.); PAN Card will not be accepted.
• Bookings must be made in the Cardmember’s name. Card member has to accompany the person for whom booking has been made.
• Failure to meet these requirements will result in the refusal of check-in with no refund.
• Bookings made under this offer cannot be cancelled. 
• The Cardmember is responsible for all acts of their guests during the stay.
• Any damages during the stay will be charged to the Cardmember, who indemnifies SaffronStays against such losses.
• The Blackout dates are from 22nd December 2025 till 2nd January 2026.
• SaffronStays reserves the right to adjust damage costs against any outstanding payment in case of non-settlement by guests.

• SaffronStays and American Express reserves the right to discontinue/withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice. 
• In case of dispute, the decision of SaffronStays and American Express will be final.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other benefits.
