• The Offer is open to all American Express Consumer and Corporate Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India. 
• This offer is not valid for Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India."
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer. 
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only. 
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary. 
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same. 
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer.  American Express reserves it’s absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only. 

Terms and Conditions

The Sterling Holidays – Stay Offer

• Flat 25% on a minimum stay of 2 Nights and above
• Additional Rs.1000 off on using an eligible American Express card on minimum bill value of Rs.10000 (Exclusive of taxes)
• This offer is valid for bookings and stay from 25th July 2025 till 31 March 2026 (both days included)

Offer Fulfilment:

• The discount for Sterling Holiday Resorts will only be extended on bookings made for through the brand website www.sterlingholidays.com. (By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to a third-party website).
  • American Express card details will be required to confirm the booking.
• This offer is also valid on supplementary cards.
• Offer is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The rooms on which discount is applicable can be viewed at the afore mentioned booking links.
• There is no higher spend limit is required to avail this offer.
• This offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• The Offer will not be applicable on Blackout or Festive Dates like (25 December 2025 and 31st Dec 2025) 
• No exclusion in booking any room type. 
• The onus of fulfilment rests with Sterling Holiday Resorts.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotional offer.
• The offer is applicable on the amount exclusive of taxes.
• Cardmember can avail the offer multiple times during the offer period, subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to availability, applicable taxes, fees, and other standard service charges.
• The offer is not applicable on in room services.
• All in room dining bills will have to be cleared by the card members at the time of checkout.
• The card member needs to be present and stay to avail the discounted price.
• The offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
• Prior booking is necessary to avail the offer.

• Sterling Holiday Resorts reserves the right to verify the identity of the cardholder and to change the terms of use at any time without notice.
• Sterling Holiday Resorts and American Express reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms at any point in time for whatever reason, without any prior notice or any liability for doing so.

Steps to avail the offer:

• The discount for Sterling Holiday Resorts will only be extended on bookings made for through the brand website http://www.sterlingholidays.com - (By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to a third-party website) and payment done with an eligible American Express card.
• Choose the property and select the check-in date basis the offer eligibility with a minimum stay period of 2 nights
• Continue with the booking process and selection of room type and meal plan
• At the summary of booking page – Remove the default offer code and replace the same with AMEX25 to avail flat 25% offer 
• Tick American Express Card as the mode of payment on the same page and will get an additional Rs.1000 off if the bill value is Rs.10000 and above
• Click on pay now button after accepting the T&C
• On the payment gateway use an eligible American Express card to complete the payment
•  If the card used is not part of the offer the payment request will not be accepted and will not be eligible for the additional Rs.1000 off. 
• Return to the previous page untick American Express and proceed to the payment gateway

The Sterling Holidays – Dining Offer

• 20% discount (Exclusive of Taxes) on Ala-Carte Orders in Restaurant on food while they are staying in-house.
• The offer can be availed by directly calling the in-house representatives. Card Members have to pay through an eligible American Express Card at the time of billing.
• This offer is valid for bookings and stay from 25th July 2025 till 31st March 2026 (both days included)
• There is no minimum transaction value required to avail this offer.
• There is no higher limit to the discount amount that can be availed under this offer
• This offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• No discount on liquor & No discount in room dining orders.
• The offer is applicable for in-house guest only, no walk-ins allowed. 
• Offer is available on Supplementary Cards as well
• The Offer will only be available on the participating properties.

The Sterling Holidays – SPA Offer

• 15% discount (Exclusive of taxes) on all properties offering SPA services. 
• The offer can be availed by directly calling the in-house representatives. Card Members have to pay through an eligible American Express Card at the time of billing.

• There are no exclusions in this offer.
• This offer is valid for bookings and stay from 25 July 2025 till 31 March 2026 (both days included)

• There is no minimum transaction value required to avail this offer.
• There is no higher limit to the discount amount that can be availed under this offer
• This offer is not valid on EMI transactions.
• The offer applicable only on participating properties. 
• Offer is available on Supplementary Cards as well.
• The promoters reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms at any point in time for whatever reason, and without any liability for doing so.
• Cancelation charges will be applicable as per the hotel policy.
• Cancellation received 72 hours prior to check-in - Full refund. 
• Cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to check-in - No refund.
