• There is no capping on the maximum discount under the offer & will be valid on the best available rate.  
• No two offers can be clubbed together. 
• There is no minimum booking amount that needs to be spent to avail the offer.
• A maximum of 3 people can be accommodated in a single room. A cardmember can book maximum of 3 rooms in one reservation. 
• American Express cards will be charged with INR 1 to confirm the booking. The same shall be refunded back to the card members in 15-20 business days. No OTPs will be generated to charge the card members at the time of booking.
• All bills will need to be settled at the time of Check-out by the cardmember through the same American Express card that was used at the time of booking.
• The discount is auto applied to the Rooms & Suites at the afore mentioned links. No discount code needs to be applied manually on stay.
• This offer is also valid on supplementary cards.
• Offer is subject to availability at the time of booking.

• All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/ tribunals of New Delhi.
• The onus of fulfilment rests with The Park hotels.
