• This offer is open to all American Express Consumer, Corporate and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.
• The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. • Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.
• For non-INR transactions, the Charge taken by the Cardmember in a currency other than Indian Rupees will be converted into Indian Rupees (INR). The conversion will take place on the date the Charge is processed by overseas American Express, which may not be the same date on which the Charge was made as it depends on when the Charge was submitted to American Express. If the Charge is not in U.S. Dollars, the conversion will be made through U.S. Dollars, by converting the Charge amount into U.S. Dollars and then by converting the U.S. Dollar amount into Indian Rupees. If the Charge is in U.S. Dollars, it will be converted directly into Indian Rupees. Unless a specific rate is required by applicable law, the overseas American Express treasury system will use conversion rates based on interbank rate that it selects from customary industry source on the business day prior to the processing date, increased by a foreign currency conversion mark up of 3.5%. If Charges are converted by third parties prior to being submitted to American Express, any conversions made by those third parties will beat rates selected by them.
  
  Foreign currency transactions are subject to a foreign exchange markup of 3.5%.

If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by American Express to Akasa, then the cardholder will need to approach American Express and Akasa Airlines shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• There is no minimum spend required to avail the offer.
• There is no capping on the maximum discount amount on this offer.
• Offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
• The offer is not valid on multi-city flights.
• There are no blackout dates during the offer period.
• There are no exclusions under the offer period.
• The offer is only applicable on journey bookings.
• Discount won’t be applicable on add-ons (seat selection, meals, extra baggage charges).
• There are no restrictions on the travel dates till when the cardmembers can book the flights under the offer period

• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer shall be governed by laws of India subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
• Akasa has the right to change or discontinue or modify the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
• The decision of Akasa, and American Express will be final and binding and any correspondence or challenges in this regard will not be entertained.
