• The discount is not applicable on OPD consultations.
• Card members need to book an appointment through the call center and avail the services at the Hospital.
• This discount can't be clubbed with any other discount or scheme prevailing at the hospital.
• There is no higher limit to the discount amount that can be availed under this offer.
• Offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• Discount will be applicable on the Prevailing rate exclusive of taxes.
• No return, cancellation or exchange services can be availed.
• Prior appointment is required to avail this offer except lab services.
• IPD services are not included with this offer.
