• The membership offer is valid from 18^th February 2026 until 30^th June 2026. (Both days included)
• This offer can be availed multiple times during offer period.
• The offer is valid on the amount that is exclusive of taxes. 
• To avail the offer on the Wellness Club membership, Card Member needs to visit the Wellness Club.
• The offer is applicable on all the services under beauty category. Card Members can refer to Wellness Club menu available at the establishment.
• Wellness Club membership can be purchased by Basic and Supplementary card members, and the membership number will be provided in the name on the Card Member (Basic or Supplementary ).
• Only a Wellness Club member can avail the benefits as per inclusions  of the Wellness Club offer. If a Wellness Club member books a room, the member must stay and can reserve up to 3 rooms as per the benefits. Same is applicable for Food and Beverages benefit;  the member must be present, and the payment must be made using the member’s American Express card (Basic or Supplementary)
• Offer is valid on transactions made on the American Express Platinum Card in-person at the Wellness Club.
• To know the cancellation policy of the hotel, the Cardmember needs to contact the hotel directly. 
• Single membership applies to one person only and it is non-transferable.    
• Offer is applicable only at Shangri La Eros New Delhi, 19 Connaught Place, Ashoka Road, New Delhi 110001 on all room categories at Best Available rates.
• Offer is applicable within the membership period, sold out dates (when all the rooms are completely sold out) will apply.
• Discount is not applicable on purchases of alcohol bottles. 
• Discount is only applicable on alcohol purchased by the glass/peg.
• Beverage service is not allowed below 25 years of age.
• If offer is applicable on alcoholic beverages (on a-la-carte menu prices) as well.

• A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours prior reservation is mandatory to avail the offer. The offer is not applicable on walk ins.
• This offer is applicable to Supplementary Cardmembers.
• Basic and Supplementary Cardmember cannot avail the offer at the same time in a single day.
• Only one card can be used to avail the offer per reservation. Offer is not applicable if the bill payment is split over more than one card.
• Cardmember (Basic / Supplementary) needs to be present at the Wellness Club to avail the offer.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or exchanged against any cash or products.
• There are no black-out dates under this offer.
