●      The Offer is open to all American Express Consumer, Corporate and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember ("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India. 

●      This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.

●      All the offers in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.

●      This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer and any such participation is purely voluntary.

●      American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.

●      American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer.

●      American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

●      Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.

●      To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.

●      Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.

Offer Details:

• Flat 10% discount on OPD investigations & Radiology tests.
• Flat 10% discount on OPD Doctor consultations.
• Flat 10% discount on the hospital’s standard health checkup packages.
• Flat 10% discount on OPD & IPD billing on Hospital tariff (Excluding Drugs, consumables, Implants, pharmacy, and packages.)
• The offer is applicable from 18^th December 2025 to 1^st November 2026 (both days included)
• Complimentary room upgrade (Subject to availability) will be applicable for private ward or higher category, available only for patients making full payment with an eligible card (only ward charges will be applicable)
• The offer is also applicable to Supplementary Cardholders.
• There is no minimum transaction amount required to avail of the offer.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• Card members must announce the offer at the time of billing
• Payment must be made offline at the hospital counter using an eligible American Express Card.
• Online and EMI transactions are not eligible.
• Discounts are applicable on invoice amount exclusive of applicable taxes.
• No blackout dates, unless specifically mentioned (e.g., national holidays or Sundays)
• There is no maximum capping on the discount amount
• Cardmembers and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) must be present during admission and billing process.
• Those availing the services as per the offer must carry a valid government-issued ID.
• The person who is availing the services he/she has to carry the id proof; in case of minor Parent & Minor both need to carry the Id card. All Govt approved ID cards are valid i.e. – Aadhar Card, DL, EPIC Card, PAN.
• Narayana Health (NH) reserves the right to verify the authenticity of documents and may refuse the offer if documents are invalid or not furnished.
• Pre-booking is mandatory for health packages.
• Appointments must be booked via the designated channels (NH Care App or website, Call Center, Email).
• Confirmation will be provided within 24–48 hours of request for Health Check Up.
• Weekend appointments are subject to availability; advance booking (5-7 days) is recommended.
• Instructions and reporting time will be shared in the appointment confirmation communication
• Complimentary pickup/drop may be available for in-patient admissions within city limits up to 10 KM from NH Unit (subject to prior intimation and availability).
• Offers cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or schemes.
• If multiple offers are available, Cardmembers may choose the best applicable offer, but only one offer can be availed per transaction / per admission.
