·       This offer is open to all American Express Consumer, Corporate and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Card members whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember (“Cardmember”) for the purpose of this offer means a person holding a card issued by American Express® Banking Corp. in India.

·       This program is being offered by the participating service establishment only and shall be valid for the period mentioned in the offer.

·       The offer in this program will be fulfilled at the merchants’ end only.

·       This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer, and any such participation is purely voluntary.

·       American Express is neither responsible for availability of goods/services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.

·       American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer.

·       American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.

·       Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.

·       To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.

·       Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.

Tira Terms and Conditions

Offer Construct: Get your complimentary experiential benefit along with Tira Tote bag on complete purchases of Rs. 10,000 and above.

Offer Validity: 7^th February 2026 to 14^th February 2026 (both days included).

Offer Details:

·       The offer is valid at participating Tira Retail Beauty Stores.

·       To avail the offer, Cardmembers are required to present their eligible American Express Card at the store.

Tote bag same day, service can be redeemed till 15th March 2026. Eligible customers (those who shop worth Rs.10,000 using American Express card) will receive a voucher at the time of billing which they will need to submit, to receive the complimentary service. The voucher is valid till 15 March 2026.

·       Card member needs to call out the offer at the time of checkout at the participating Stores.

·       Offer does not provide any discount in the billing.

·       Eligible card members during offer period will get an experiential benefit along with Tira Branded Tote bag, subject to availability of the stocks.

·       The minimum transaction of INR 10,000 should be in a single invoice (inclusive of taxes)

·       Experiential benefits will include hair look or makeup or skincare based on card member requirement.

·       The offer is valid once per Card during the offer period.

·       The offer is also valid on Supplementary Cards.

·       The offer is not valid on EMI transactions.

·       There are no blackout dates under this offer.

·       There are no product exclusions under this offer.

·       The offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer.

·       In case of any offer related issue card member needs to raise the concern with the store customer support team at the same time immediately.

·       Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Cardmember to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.

·       For exchange or return of products, cardmember can do the same within 15 days post purchase date.

·       The last date to raise queries/complaints for this offer is 15^th March 2026.

·       Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective manufacturer, supplier/vendor and/or distributor. Tira and American Express neither warrant nor guarantee the merchantability or suitability of products available under this offer.
