• The Offer is valid for all American Express Consumer, Corporate and Network (Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express) Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• The offer would be valid on above mentioned cards issued in India only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer, and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever regarding the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.
• To receive this offer, purchase should be charged in full to the American Express Card. No cash alternative is available.
• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

Offer Details:

1.       The offer can be availed by simply calling out the offer at the store to the merchant and then paying with an eligible American Express Card.

2.       The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.

3.       The offer is category specific and cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer at store.

4.       The offer has exclusions under coins and bars; solitaire and jewelry bought under exchange of old jewellery.

5.       Cardmember needs to inform the cashier at the time of billing about the offer and pay via an eligible American Express Card.

6.       There is no maximum discount per transaction or per cardmember.

7.       Cardmember need not show any identity proof to avail the offer.

8.       The discount is applied on amount exclusive of taxes.

9.       There is no minimum transaction required to avail the offer.

10.   This offer is not applicable on the purchase of gift cards (if available with the merchant).

11.   This offer is also applicable on Supplementary Cards.

12.   The Return/Exchange/Cancellation policy tends to change from time to time as per organizational requirements, kindly check at the time of billing as per merchant’s discretion.

13.   This offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.

14.   This offer cannot be combined with any other offer in force at the time.

15.   Privileges/Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

16.   Rates are payable in local currency Indian Rupees.

17.   There are no blackout dates applicable.

18.   The offer is valid at the participating merchant stores only.

19.   The offer fulfilment journey at Payment counter at stores will be as follows: Cardmember can visit the store directly and pay with American Express Card to get the offer.

20.   Any disputes with regards to the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same.

21.   In case of queries, Cardmembers can contact customer care team on contact number 18001030017 (Monday to Friday) excluding weekends and public holidays (9:30AM to 5:30PM). Queries will be answered within three working days from the date the query is raised.

22.   Cardmembers can raise queries regarding the offer by 15^th Jul 2026.
