• The Offer is open to all American Express Cardmembers whose accounts are valid and in good standing. An American Express Cardmember("Cardmember") for the purpose of this Offer means a person holding a Card issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• This offer is valid for American Express Corporate Cards issued by American Express Banking Corp. in India.
• The offer is valid on Cards issued by a third party bearing the name or trademark or service mark or logo of American Express ("Network Cards ") issued in India.
•  This offer would be valid on above mentioned cards issued in India only.
• This offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis. Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to participate in this offer, and any such participation is purely voluntary.
• American Express is neither responsible for availability of services nor guarantees the quality of the goods/services and is not liable for any defect or deficiency of goods or services so obtained/availed of by the Cardmembers under this offer. Any disputes regarding the quality of goods/services availed shall be taken up with the merchant/service establishment directly. American Express shall have no liability whatsoever with regards to the same.
• American Express shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss/damage/claims that may arise out of use or non-use of any goods or services availed by Cardmember under this offer. American Express reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Nothing expressed or implied in the program shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Cardmember agreement with the Card issuer.

• Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Delhi only.

• To avail the offer 

o   Visit the Carzonrent website or download the app IOS and  Android, or simply call us at the contact number : 99713 99281 to make your booking. (By clicking on these links, you will be redirected to a third-party website)

o   Select pickup and drop locations, followed by choosing the preferred car model.

o   The discount can be availed by applying the applicable promo code available on the website/app prior to payment.

o   After submitting the above details, proceed to the payment page and make the payment using an eligible American Express card.

• The offer is valid on the final invoice amount exclusive of taxes.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offers and discounts.
• CARZONRENT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED & American Express reserves the right to modify or end the offer during the campaign period.
•  The offer is non-cashable, non-refundable, and non-negotiable.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer with the merchant partner.
• This offer is not applicable for supplementary card members.
• The discount is applicable on the base fare and will not be impacted by surcharges such as tolls, traffic, or weather conditions.
• No minimum booking value is required to avail the offer.
• The discount is applied at the time of booking and reflected in the final payable amount.
• In case of cancellation, the discount will not be reinstated and the refund will be processed on the final billed amount as per the cancellation policy.
• Any eligible refund will be processed on the net amount paid post discount, as per the merchant’s cancellation policy.
• The offer is valid across all ride categories available on the platform.
• No additional category-level exclusions apply beyond those specified in the offer construct.
• Passenger capacity, luggage allowance, and related service terms are subject to the selected car category.
• Full payment must be made using a valid American Express Card; split payments are not allowed.
• Cardmembers are required to retain booking confirmation for any queries or dispute resolution.
• Carzonrent will address and resolve queries within 48 working hours.
• Carzonrent India Pvt. Ltd. is solely responsible for service fulfillment, including driver conduct, vehicle condition, scheduling, and overall service quality.
• The merchant is solely responsible for driver conduct, passenger safety, vehicle condition, and overall ride experience.
• Booking and ride details (including driver and vehicle information) will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
• Prior reservation is mandatory, and passenger capacity is subject to the selected car category.
• The discount remains unchanged for vehicle changes but may vary in case of changes to trip duration or location based on final billing.
• The discount is not applicable on toll charges, waiting charges, extra kilometers, or additional hours.
• There are no blackout dates under this offer.
• The offer is not applicable on EMI transactions.
• Participation in the offer by the cardmember is voluntary. Participation in the offer by the Cardmember will be construed as acceptance of the terms & conditions of the offer.
• In case of any dispute or queries related to the offer, Cardmembers can reach out to reserve@carzonrent.com or to Khyati Mehta at 9971399281 between 12 PM and 7 PM within 15 days of the transaction. The last date to raise the queries is 5th January 2027.
• Advance reservation is required to avail the offer.
• Cancellation policy stated below:

o   Cancellations made four hours before the duty reporting time – No cancellation charge.

o   Cancellation once the car has left the premises (approx. 2 hours before reporting time):

o   Charges will be as per minimum slab (4 hours / 40 kms) or actual usage, whichever is higher.

o   No-show charges: Charges will be as per minimum slab (4 hours / 40 kms) or actual usage.

o   Advance State Tax / Airport Parking / Toll (if applicable) - Will be chargeable additionally as per actuals.

o   For vehicles above Crysta segment (e.g., Corolla Altis, Merc C & S Class, Toyota Camry, BMW 5 & 7 Series, Audi A6, other luxury cars): In case of same-day cancellation, minimum full day charge of 8 hours / 80 kms will be applicable.
